Hey y'all! I'm Anna and I'm a self taught teenage baker. I'm super excited to take you all along this dessert ride as I am building my baking business from the ground up. As for my personal background....I am 20 years old, I grew up in Cyprus and now I am studying International Business at City, University of London. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9 and over the last years I worked hard to build my audience on social media, through regular content creation and delicious recipes. Baking is not just my hobby....it's my passion and sharing it with all of you has been an absolute dream.

I tried this. The mud cake exploded in my microwave. After trying everything I could, like microwaving it for like sooo much longer or add flour to it (I didn't have baking powder), it ended up being a giant oreo-chocolate gloop. Anyways, I don't know what I did wrong!? 😅
Follow these steps before making this 1. Don’t do 1/2 cups milk it might still be good but your just gonna have warm Oreo soup I personally recommend 1/4 cups. 2. Make sure your mug is MICROWAVE SAFE you can check this by looking at the bottom of the mug. 3. This can work with almond milk and dairy/ regular. I personally used almond because we ran out of dairy. 4.this could be made better with a better recipe including sugar, flour, and baking powder to have more cake like texture but don’t get me wrong this is still delicious! 5. Lastly, Please don’t just go straight too like a 1 minute most people microwaves work differently than others and have different power. I personally recommend starting off with 15 secs and going up to your personal liking.
