I feel like having experience accelerating fast helps a lot. I went from a surron to a 250 and it took me around 3 tries and i never stalled again starting from a stop, sure my first few times werent the prettiest but i wasnt scared.
Hello im 13 and ive not ridden with a gearbox before since ive not really had money for a bike but i want to start riding i have a 50cc but its to small for me but my uncle offered me his old kawasaki thats 250cc but im not sure if its gonna be too powerfull
You can ride the 250 if it’s a 4 stroke.. either way if you can get a deal from your uncle you should do it and just learn in a safe space like an open field or backyard until you get comfortable
I just got through an Arizona summer on mine , 122° average , no issues. I almost replaced the battery, after the first month of getting it , but after I put it on a tender, it hasn’t given me any more trouble, going on a year now.
Thanks. It’s been awesome, and adjusting the spokes is more of a precaution than anything else. The only concern I’ll have is the fact that the engine rebuild will be expensive when the time comes since it’s a motocross bike and I’m putting a lot of miles on it
That’s actually a good origin story bro 👍 you helped me so much with the grom clones with the videos and comments honestly! il never forget that man thank you 🙏
@@BrapGenius yeah that’s true but when I was younger I didn’t really know the difference between 2-4 strokes was just a kid and my dad had tons of 2 strokes I could ride which is how I learned, never really even knew about a 4 stroke.
I've owned a good number of bikes off all types from cruiser to sport, and I've yet to enjoy the overall mix of comfort and fun as much as I did with my two 919s that I've had over the years.
@@BrapGenius yeah but even if i did save up for a crf 150 ore a non powerfull bike my parrents would say no even with my own money so i will stick with mountain biking untill then 😃
So for woods riding I think 2 strokes are better because they are less prone to overheating.. I’ve ridden some 4 strokes and in the summer I’d have to sit and wait for my bike to cool down cause it was overheating. Although I do have a surprise for the channel that will be revealed in the coming weeks😏
About to get one of these for a long time I've had to drive a truck to pull my trailer for my construction buisness but now I'm out of that kind of work and do lots of city driving it's killing me to spend 200+ a week on gas to get just from work and back home for a 60 mile round trip with my back being bad a small light nimble bike like this would be perfect and probably save me tons of money on fuel
This bike will work great for city driving.. just make sure you do the mods that I listed in my Boom Vader Mods video and you should be good for a while
I learned how to winter drive in a foxbody w/o winter tires but went with Hankooks asap. I enjoy the rwd experience more than the fwd experience (both with winrer tires)
will something i was not used to when first time riding dirt bike. Both my quad and 3 wheeler could get into neutral while on the go. like down to first. up once to neutral and again to 2nd. Just tried dirt biking for the first time few weeks ago. my buddies bike CAN NOT go into neutral while on the go. And he knows it cant either cause he been riding it for 8 years. So what i was doing was, i was shifting twice thinking i was going into neutral before 2nd. what was happening i was shifting into 2nd then 3rd. Skipping a gear.
