I bought a 20 year old double wide for my son.. we remodeled it floor to ceiling and replaced cabinets and bathroom vanities. It turned out amazing. I was on an acre of land but the previous renters nearly destroyed it. We had 70K in it when we finished. He lived there 2 years and sold for 90K profit. That was a great down payment for the new home. There are deals out here there if you have the time to build sweat equity.
Is there anyway to gain access other then the top door? Cuz if not then this is just a super elaborate overpriced car cover that doesn't even move LMAO especially if you paid ppl to build this in the event you dont know how to build this. I hope their is a way to do a manual release if the motor fails or if their is no power otherwise you'll prolly damage the car trying to break the top door open.
Mobile homes do appreciate once you put it on concrete piers and permanently attach the foundation. It’s also not much difference between a modular and manufactured once it’s set on a permanent foundation.
I gotta imagine, even if this was 100% real, that there'd be crazy winter maintenance. Always preventing it from freezing, always checking for water damage, etc.
