At this point, I could care less if the crib tosses my kid out the window. I’d do anything for him to sleep more than 20 minutes at a time. 3 months and miserable as all hell. Going to need to sneak in a vasectomy at some point.
Ty for sharing. Idk for 1000 bucks i would think that it would be much more solid. Just sayin. Im on a fixed budget so i think ill go for a more reasonably priced one. You could wedge tiny pieces of wood in the gaps...? I guess but you shouldn't have to for $1000 bux!!! Blessings to you two!!
I've found the following issues with my purchase of the transformer table and bench set: -Table top makes loud noise due to wood panel hitting the table metal rails -Flimsy chairs due to the small washers and screws provided for installation -Chair screw holes not properly manufactured causing stripping of the screws The Transformer Table Warranty team told me that I cannot return the product without it being in the 'Original' packaging. This is an issue because the packaging was disposed of and we no longer own. After reaching out to the warranty team - they said: "Please be advised that our warranty policy for returns is clear and We feel that the client's remorse is not reflecting our clear communication about our product. The client has a responsibility to read before purchasing and ask all questions to avoid misunderstanding. We provide Free samples as well before purchase to avoid any disappointment, in your case they were not requested, so we would have to treat this as you had been informed and did take the time to read about our product, as you had agreed to receive our product after acknowledging the product description and Warranty coverage. Policy on returning the goods at client cost due to buyer's remorse, not covered by Transformer Table." 😮💨 In summary, we're quite dissatisfied with the product quality along with the lack of assistance from the warranty department. If you're looking for a rigid table and chairs of the highest quality then I would say the the price point does not reflect that. I'm hopeful I get some customer centric assistance from the Transformer Table team. I'm quite surprised they are unwilling to accept a return without the original packaging. Unable to send back a product after spending thousands of dollars because we don't have original packaging is mind boggling. ‼
4 month review: we learned that the rocking crib is not a magical solution for easily getting your baby to sleep. The rocking sometimes helps and sometimes distracts our baby. The camera works but has terrible quality in low light. The app works, but needs a lot of work and updates. Nonetheless, the crib is nicely built and we do use it everyday. We don’t regret the purchase but in my opinion, fair value should be around $800 max. Great customer service and very responsive team! Great design aesthetically, so perhaps the looks justify the cost.
Hi Max and Anna, thank you always for your honest input. We've upgraded our lenses in the newer version of the crib and we'd love to get yours an upgrade too! That will give you a clearer picture, a wider view of the crib, and work much better in low light. We're actively working on app upgrades as well and have a few new features we're excited about in the coming months. We'd love to help perfect the auto soothing for James as well! We know that some babies are more sensitive than others so we could help customize those settings for James. We'll shoot you an email to arrange the shipment of the new monitor arc shortly.

My daughter just put my two month old grandson in his for the first time tonight and he went right to sleep. She gave me the password to the app and I can see him at my house. Fingers crossed it let's everyone get some sleep.
Max - Thanks so much for reviewing our smart crib! We're thrilled that Baby James loves his new digs. ❤️ We're sorry to hear that the bolts and Allen key were missing from your shipment. We appreciate your honest input and will be sharing your feedback with our customer success team to continue strengthening our quality control process. Please keep us posted on how your little guy's sleep journey goes with Cradlewise!
Cradlewise, I am contemplating preordering a unit for delivery by Feb. 2023. The OP just posted a comment regarding the quality in low light conditions. Do you have any plans to update/upgrade the camera and app support in general? Would love to see a comparison of Cradlewise's baby monitor function vs the Nanit(interface and analytics)

Thanks for this review. I wouldn't want to pay $1000 for a bed that wobbles and has a headboard that is simply a cushion and requires a wall to support it. I love the idea of this bed, but I would have been disappointed.
i love mine, highest quality bed ive ever owned. Nothing like other slat beds, the slats have felt fabric on the ends of them, so they are padded and dont make noise, and they make different accessories for the bed that match. There is a fabric sleeve that can hold a laptop / books / your glasses off the side of the bed, or they make night stands that match... i have the nightstand too. All of their stuff is super solid and will last a looooong time
Interesting, I have zero wobble for mine, it really makes a difference once you start putting weight i think as it settles and the way theirs wobbles has to be defective!
It's been a year. I'm worried about the rails and how much weight it can support and it's durability over time. I see there's only one support in the middle and 2 and the ends. When fully extended it's doesn't look like the rails would be well supported for weight on table. Like big dishes or heavy pots filled with food. Can you shed light on any of these concerns?
*Much higher quality and color than I expected. Doesn't look so much like particle board **MyseIf.Furniture** Looks like a nice table. Works nicely. Can't attest to longevity as I just got it. But first impression s are great. Wife put it together*
