Parent has asked Johnston county public schools to provide proof of accusations against him school attorney along with Lyn andrews have failed to do so ! Lyn andrews neglects to fix this problem and ignores it as she honors lies over the truth when the truth is supported by proof, documented proof in written form ! Why is Lyn andrews honoring lies ? Why are admin at the highest level allowed to lie about parents of Johnston county ? Why does Lyn andrews not honor the truth ? Honestly, it’s great that others get to go to JCC for free under the commissioners promise program. I am unhappy with the fact that homeschooled children are not able to use this program, even though us as parents pay taxes for this with being homeowners.
I appreciate the public streaming of this meeting, but would respectfully ask that, prior to the meeting, all microphones are tested and functioning properly. It is near impossible to understand any of the dialogue from the public attendees.
I still would love to know where the $25 per household a month goes for water. Seems like they are always asking for money. I had zero water consumption but still pay $25 a month. $25 multiplied by the total homes in Johnston county is a good amount of money. Does anyone know where it is allocated to?

Using social media on USB sticks in a supposedly secured network is not best practice. This puts the people’s network at risk. Technology 101. This entire process is a threat to elections and in doing so brings a threat to technology. How do we get new open burn ordinances started for burning at night and the distance from any structure or trees in a residential sub division? I am having an issue with a neighbor behind me who burns cardboard and trash at night usually between 8pm and 11pm. Usually around 10pm. He will also throw leaves on top to claim that it is just leaves. He will also use a blower to make the fire burn hotter and higher so it burns faster. He burns about 6 Ft from my property. About 40ft-50ft from my back deck. The flame are very close to the trees between our houses. I have sent video to the JoCo fire marshals office but he has stated that at this time the open burn ordinances do not apply to residential areas. This concern is in Plantation point in Clayton (Flowers Plantation) The houses are close. This dude starts the fires with gas. It causes an explosion that shakes the windows in my house. This is not about a fire pit. This is about this guy A, burning things he shouldn't be burning and leaving a smoldering plastic smell in the air. B, Burning late after dark. C, being a nuisance and being a danger. This is not even mentioning the soot that falls on my house, driveway and sidewalk, and my vehicles. One of those vehicles being a police car that I have to keep clean at all times. I have called the fire department (Archer Lodge comes out) He knows them and it goes nowhere. The fire marshal is aware that nothing is even checked when they come out. Something needs to be done before he starts a bad fire. Changing the current open burn ordinances to include residential homeowners as well would go a long way.
