Borgas building in GH complain about the poor quality of workers (dishonesty, lack of integrity, poor work ethic, unable to understand simple instructions, etc.). Those are opportunities for business-minded individuals. Government does not create jobs o, they lay down the framework for businesses to thrive, people and properties to be protected, etc.
Thanks for sharing your thought. I perfectly agree with u on how the people must change their attitude, however the political system and policies isn’t helping the country to grow. Ghana should have been one of the best countries to live in. Again thanks your comment
@@SAMSSTV The attitude in question is the same attitude the politicians also grew up with. Doesn't matter whether they speak with whyt people's accent or their campaign promises and whatnot, the mindset is the same. We should keep that in mind.
There are lots of tutorials on utube they can watch to learn (how to type, how to use the MS word, spreadsheet, etc.). After basic school (up to high sch), some of them can get into skilled trades.
Hahaha 😂 You think everyone has an internet and even electricity? Even if they do, the cost involved… Our educational system is in shambles. No library, no computer lab for most schools. For two years teachers were teaching without government providing books that matched the curriculum. It’s a whole lot that needs to be addressed.
@@SAMSSTV The people have to put pressure on the politicians o! The people being ruled do not understand they also have a role to play. They think once they vote, all problems solved and (government) jobs provided. It will never work. Instead of asking for money to pay for this and that right now, they should ask for things they can all use to explore opportunities out there...we are in a global village now. if there is no electricity, no fully equipped library, they should put pressure on the politicians to provide them. That's how democracy works. If they have a community library that has learning materials and accessories such as the internet access, that will resolve accessibility issues; people who don't have them at home can use it at the library.
I know about the education ministry textbooks fiasco, we helped out some public schools in remote communities and they told us all about it. They are still using the previous textbooks alongside some books we donated to them.
Please, do not under estimate the petty trader,my beloved mother was a petty trader like these forceful trader on the streets of kasoa, yet she was able to purchase my airline ticket in 1984 for me to travel to the United Kingdom.
Hi Angie! First of all, thanks for watching and commenting The fact here is that, now more people are selling the same thing she used to sell back then and my point here is if there are no jobs, there is no income and no income, less demand for these people selling on the streets. I do not under estimate them one bit ma sister!
