Firstly we cant see what values and probes you're testing if you have your hands in the way. And secondly, why not provide the part number of the switch so people can replace it themselves? The world would be a better place if people didnt feel the need to hide information from others.
Hi! I also had a P0A09 fault, I fixed it, it charges the 12V battery, but since then I can't charge the car at 230V. Now I have P1A12 error. Any idea where else the problem could be? Where did you manage to buy the OBC? Thank you.
Did you actually repair it? The most common fault is the transformer, which is the only component that is rated at 200 volts, and it will fail when connected to 230 VAC. This video only really shows how to open the enclosure, not how to remove the circuit board let alone repair it. Is it possible to replace the transformer on these EVSEs? It was relatively easy on the earlier ones from Nissan but these ones are more robust but not easy to repair as the circuit boards are encapsulated.
This is not a step by step instructional video. Anyway the old Nissan EVSE transformer will hold at 230VAC for some time but it will fail eventually. The transformer failure isn't the only fault in these types of EVSEs. Its possible to make a new power supply and bypass the original one. You have to scrape off the epoxy layer at right point to do so. most of the time I install a new control board

Hello, I have a duosida EVSE, it was working fine for about 6 months, but now it doesn't power up, the screen is black and the lights don't light up. What could it be?
Here it's not the case. I have probed negative to earth (system ground) and positive to pilot. You can see minus voltage on the oscilloscope screen. If - 12V present in pilot line before you plug in to the car then there is a unknown error in the EVSE.
