Omg i loved it here this year! Me and my sister went on every ride including the Ferris wheel and ring of fire, and i definitely recommend it. It's amazing for children and families, i just hope they make it bigger this next Christmas :)
Hello. Today I checked your website and called to see if you guys were open before I drove 2 hours. When I got there, me and my mother were told that the place was closed. We asked them very nicely if there is any way they can contact someone to change the website and automated call so that people know it’s closed and nobody else would have to drive so far. The security guard, a white male, about 50-60 years old, he has a long white beard and he was wearing a green jacket was very rude to us. He kept talking over us and then a young girl started yelling at us beside him and they both continued to talk over us. They keep talking over us and weren’t even helping us find the exit out to leave. I honestly was so confused because they kept repeating and screaming that they “do not control the website”when we were just asking where the exit was. I was born in America so my English is clear. Eventually a kind young lady did help us out. Bless her. But Please make the information on your website more clear. I drove 2 hours to get yelled at and disrespected. My day has been absolutely ruined. I’ve never been spoken to in such a rude way I was honestly so shocked. Please fix this issue. They incident was located in 7400 NW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33166
