I help you transform your eating habits and body with oil free plant based meals for a healthier and happier YOU!

I believe that food is fuel and it's so important to be mindful of what we put into our bodies daily. When we build healthy food habits, not only we are healthier but we no longer need to worry about weight loss, it happens naturally.

You can expect tasty recipe videos using Instant Pot, The Starch Solution & Forks Over Knives cookbooks, other sources and my own recipe inventions. Also videos on weight loss advice and healthy lifestyle tips. All recipes are vegan and oil free, most are also WHOLE FOOD and starch based recipes with no refined flour or sugar.

My lovely husband and expert taste tester Mark will also feature in some videos and you might even get a glimpse of my cat Scratchy once in a while!

I would love to hear from you with your questions, feedback and recipe suggestions.

Sending love and light,
Inga

Do you have a non smoked recipe for cheese? Your videos are great but you have a strong accent and the sound is not clear. It would be good to add some basic subtitles.

Thank you. This is just what I was looking for. Did you know Vanilla Essence is the secretion from a beaver backside.... Yes, it's the secreation that comes out of a Beavers Ass. So that's Not plant base.. Yes I know vanilla essence tast nice in food. But it's not real Vanilla from a Vanilla Bean Pod grown on trees. Use Vanilla Extract. from the Vanilla Bean Pod. The Vanilla has tiny seeds. 🎉😊 I will try this custard with real Vanilla Exstract and enjoy it with my apple pie. Thank you. How did you make the oat milk. ?? 🎉😊
@HealthOrigins
@HealthOrigins День назад
Enjoy! I believe most vanilla essence we can find here in UK is made from vanilla bean pod, it's actually from a type of orchid. I have an oat milk recipe on my channel, but it's basically 1/2 cup oats and a couple of tablespoons of soaked sunflower seeds with 1 liter of water, blended for 30 seconds only (not longer, and it starts to get slimy) and strained. You can also gently heat the milk for a few minutes, to get rid of the starchy taste, but don't bring it to the boil, as it will thicken 🙂

There is a utube video that has the EEsystem plus music on for 8 hours. Is watching the lights on utube as effective as going to a EE centre?

No, it's definitely not the same effect, although some people said they feel some benefits even when watching via video. It's worth trying both for yourself.

@@HealthOrigins Thank you for such a prompt reply. I’d been wondering about that video. There is also someone offering long distance EE system healing. I’m not trying that, just curious about it. I live in Canada and have spent at least 35 hours in a 48 unit system. I really enjoy it, however, have not had any progress in the area I hoped it would help. Of course I’m not giving up even though the sessions are quite expensive. I really believe in the benefits of the EEsystem and I’m very grateful I came across it while Googling back in June 2024. ☺️

You could use 1 Tbsp of white or brown miso paste (if you can have soy), but adjust the amount of salt, as you will need less. Or if you can't have soy, add 1 Tbsp of tomato paste (it will colour the cheese more red) for that umami taste.
