I aged too. 😂 I think the alcohol is whats doing it. I feel like with a change of lifestyle I’ll look good. I’m 34 but probably look 10 years older. 😅 Lost my hair, that was fun. I’ve pretty much stopped caring. I’m just far happier with myself than ever. I don’t seek a relationship. I dare to dream sometimes but I’m in no state to put myself out there and don’t want to tbh. And that’s awesome. I relate to this a lot and I think you’re doing great. Even little things like walking or leaving the house or tidying things up is actually really massive. You’re in a similar boat to me.
I feel much better after laying off the alcohol. It's taken me a long time. I'm on another new prescription this week and it's helping me so much. I'll be posting about it soon. Don't worry about the hair, lots of attractive men don't have hair, although I understand that is a lot for a man to deal with. Good for you taking time for yourself, I don't want to date either. Almost ever it feels like right now! I have never been there before in my life, but I have finally arrived. It's actually not as bad as it seems I told myself. For me, it's life after 40-but it can be any age! You are still very young. I wish I was 34 again.
