Should have mine tomorrow. Tired to use gtr ultra 2 like I have on my motorcycle but needed an adapter but the huge fan didn't allow room for the huge oem plug and driver.
Great video, I did this but just ran the wire down the wall and used wire a consealer kit (painted black) instead of drilling the two holes for the battery.
Amsoil is far more superior compared to Motul i used 8100 and 300v in my cars but really impressed with Amsoil performance it is on an other level. Bravo Amsoil.
Did you have to drill your own holes on the locking winglet to get it to sit 3 o'clock 9 o'clock? Like when i take the allen screw out ans rotate the locking tap to get it just right there aint no other hole to put the allen screw in a re tighten? I got the 9005/hb3 led for 2017 ram 1500 sport
Did you have to drill your own hole on that locking mechanisms the grey one that rotates where the oring goes on ? Like to get the bulb to sit perfect at 3 oclock 9 o'clock?
Hey!! Awesome review, quick question does it have an autodimming option at night? ie. in case the car behind me has the high beam lights on , will it dim accordingly?
Mine is having an issue with that code as well. Truck seems it has less power but better fuel economy? I think this needs to go back to:/ can the codes harm the engine?
@@WikedWipswhat size bulb is this? I see the holes for where the bulb would be it’s deff in the housing I see it in the lense, however I’ve never seen this light light up on either side since I’ve owned the vehicle

@@WikedWips Someone said new 6.7 manual sez every 70k...my 2018 sez 67.5k changed mine at 63k and my buddies at 55k. Both were heavy but no oil on filter housing but element was pretty full of soot. For 50 bucks and an hour To change out. Cheap preventive maint once a year.

Great tutorial. I did the ceiling in my 05 300c, but want to do the trunk now. How does it work with the opening/closing of the trunk? Meaning - the wiring must be able to move with the movement of the trunk, yeah? This is what I'm stuck on.
The first thing I did was the trunk. I actually used my trunk as a template to see how hard or easy it was to install. Up till now, i've never had an issue with my trunk.You just have to give enough leeway for the wire to flex.
So if you set it to stock and just press the pedal down, how does it compare? Isn't that what it does for you or does it pull differently, shift differently etc.
