Thx, Robert, nice hints and tricks. What kind of presentation do you use for your art photos. Is there a 3D tool for this. I'm just try to do this for auctions.

I like the information, but the camera man needs to buy a gimble..the videography is so distracting, I need dramamine to watch it.

You can use a timer delay, a remote control or a more heavy tripod (I just got a Slik 700DX)

Hello, if I use clamp-lights, is there any specific bulb I should purchase? I'm going to be photographing oil canvases, and paper art. Thank you

Thanks for the clever idea of using the clamp to make a tripod for the foam-core. So simple, so easy and so useful! I would like to make the sculpture that I am photographing look large, so I want to shoot at a slight upward angle. The problem that I have is that I then cut off the sculpture with with the edge of the table. Any suggestions?

What lens do you suggest using for a canon 60d to photograph mostly 18x24in paintings?

"a simple setup" Yeah, maybe if you have tons of time on your hands and 1000s of dollars to spend on equipment lol

Especially helpful re setting up lighting options from natural light (single source) to multiple light sources...experiments with lighting from above, from side(s), reflective fill light...to determine best choice for object being photographed.THANKS! p.s.Could use more info (other videos?) on type of bulbs and camera settings.

well... you don´t talk and show how the colors you get is the real colors of the artwork! you need to show for the camera the correct white balance. and please... teach the cameraman how get images with a tripod! he shakes alot.!...
