Hey Mitch, I’ve been enjoying your vinyl videos! I’m up in the RDU area and would be happy to hit a record store with you if you’re ever up here again. There’s a wonderful book Blue Note released called “Uncompromising Expression,” it’s a coffee table book with tons of photos and Reid Miles artwork. Have you been to any stores out in Hillsborough/Chapel Hill yet?

@@Amysvinylexperience I agree! Enjoy while you can. However I think that Zeppelin Road Case is ridiculous personally. The single disk 180 or 200 gram Classic Records releases are more affordable and easier to obtain.

@@WilliamSmart-g3s yes I definitely feel like it was a lot better than the project record vacuum I owned previously. the key is when using the distilled water in the humming guru that you add a surfactant that way the surfactant breaks up the water to ensure it gets into the grooves. I’ve cleaned about over 100 records and I found that it definitely improved the sound.
You have a great Neil Young collection! I own Harvest, Home Grown, Zuma and Shakespeare…last album I listened to was Harvest. I’d like to explore Comes A Time… Your presentation is incredible! Keep it up!

Great video Mike! Beggars Banquet is one of my favorite Stones releases. The bathroom cover was the originally intended cover, but it was rejected by the record company. It wasn't until later reissues they reverted back to the bathroom artwork. Subscribed 😉
Looks like you have nice equipment but your camera was so far away that it was hard to see the equipment up close Would have been nice to see close ups instead of across the room!!
@@davepounds8924 yeah, my camera work is a bit novice at this stage and using an iPhone is difficult. I did do a close up of it when I did the entire room tour but it might have been to far out still.
Great video Mitch! I learned a lot about The Rolling Stones from your video. I only own a greatest hits, I’d like to find a great copy of Sticky Fingers. I need to spend more time with The Stones to get to know their best work. Thanks for the insightful video! 🤘🏼
Hi Mitch, I was brought here through Vinyl Time with Amy a few weeks ago (though I don't know what happened to her channel?? It has disappeared completely). This is a hard one to decide for me as I like both of those albums (I would probably go with Nevermind as it's the one I was more exposed to in high school). Keep up the great work. Cheers, Darryl.
