There are two types of candidates: 1. Those who are actively working and thus passively looking for jobs 2. Those who are actively looking for jobs/roles in market - in the current market scenario where a lot of brilliant talent have lost their jobs. While you have mentioned that First category often makes the best candidates, what would be interesting to see your approach towards second category and why do they not make good candidates?

Both active and passive candidates can make great placements! When a client reaches out to our firm they have often already tried using job boards and other traditional "active candidate" recruitment methods. We position ourselves as a headhunting firm because we believe in the value of offering clients access to candidates they have not already had access too. In the end, a great fit for a position can come from either.

Here in 2020 got layoff because of the Corona virus 19. So my April pay have to last till may pay end of month.

Past memories = learning and wisdom (how much you have already grown and know); Future memories = adventure and wonderment (how much more you can continue to grow). On the face of it, this choice is a draw. You can hardly make a value judgment on whether a person is optimistic or pessimistic solely based their answer to such a simple-minded question.

Mass layoffs is the immediate sign of a bad company. RAther than lay off your family, ask them to take time off. Have everyone take a month off unpaid and see how much money you will save.

You can, especially if you don't have a good web camera however, beware of notifications, calls, and other such issues that could disrpt the interview and be distracting

Vacation and PTO seem to be the most common requests. There is almost always a way to close the gap outside of salary, great question!

This is a lie unemployment is a lot harder than they wish to announce 10% went too 20% was at 15% but with all the cuts its at 18%

A headhunter is someone who searches for talent on behalf of companies who have a need. Headhunters go after any person who may be a good fit for a role, even if they are not actively searching
