Hey Kevin.. I’m will attempt to make the soufflé tomorrow. However I am at sea level and don’t know if there are any considerations I should .. well.. consider. Most baking has to be amended in some way down here… anyways.. it looks positively WONDERFUL. Thanks for making it look so easy! Bon Appetit!

Additional comment, dear Kevin....your last comment drew a loud guffaw from me...I hope you know that we all are a little (or more than that)...in awe of you...
Hi Kevin. I’m one of your U.K. fans. As I am sure you’re aware what we call biscuits you call cookies. Your biscuits look slightly different from what we call scones and also we wouldn’t break I piece of our half scone but would add cream and jam to the whole half. I’m actually really excited to give your recipe a go so that I can see what your biscuits taste like. I may also try making some of your strawberry jam too, it is strawberry season over here too. Many thanks for another wonderful video, I really enjoy watching what you get up to each week xx
Hey Kevin, I love your videos your housework you're cooking your gardening and your beautiful house I'm from the south and we don't put sugar in our cornbread. If we put sugar in it it's a corn muffin keep up the good work
I am finally writing you. You and all you do inspire me greatly. I have been watching and always forget to subscribe (now I did). I am a native Nréw York City girl living in Frankfurt, Germany. I know Upstate NY well. When I watch you drive here and there, I can literally recall the wonderful smells of Upstate New York. New York will always be in my heart. Watching you brings back such wonderful memories. You are such an inspiration to me for the way in which you live. Respect. I have tried many of your recipes and use many of your ideas. I watched an older podcast and I saw that you had a beagle. I baby sit or beagle sit for a beagle who is the love of my like. Avery (name correctly spelled ?), is also a cutie. Thank you so very much for sharing you life with us and please continue to do so.
I lived near many strawberry fields in Virginia. My standard for strawberries is high because of this 😅. I live in New Orleans now and they sell local berries at the store but nothing compares to picking your own!
I have never made freezer jam before. I cringed at seeing so much sugar being added. I cook them and process with very little sugar and they are great. I have fun my way as you seem to enjoy yours. I thank you for your clear instructions. thanks Kevin
I have commented on Avery in the past. I m watching videos I missed from the past. My dog Sophie looks so much like Avery. One of my Grandaughters named her Princess Sophia and she is our Princess.
The square cake stand is just stunning! Royal Albert Moonlight Rose pattern tea set? It just elevates the treat. Thank you for sharing your lovely table.
