(1:11) Penny hugged her teddy bear. "Did you hear that, Teddy? Our bottle worked!" Then she looked down at the two tiny mice. "Didn't you bring anyone big with you? Like the police?" Bianca smiled. "No, Penny. But if we all work together and have a little faith, everything will turn out right." So the three of them spent the night planning the escape. (Seriously, the read-along book-and-audio adaptation of "The Rescuers" had that part of the music play under that scene!)

OMG! My mother sang this song to me all the time, back in the 60's. This was my first time seeing a video behind the music. I always thought it was created by Doris Day.
I know this song was originally done by Baltamora but for this commercial I wonder who did THIS version of it cuz I think this version of the song is really cool.
I remember watching this 1946 Disney animated film when I was a kid. I know Disney has never released this on VHS, DVD or Blu-Ray in the United States 🇺🇸 due to its racism. It has never been available on Disney Plus either. However it has been released on the VHS in other countries such as the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, my home country Ireland 🇮🇪, Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿.
0:13 me when my teacher gives me way too much work, and I realize the time is 9:30 and I’m still stuck doing work. That’s what I felt like saying to my teachers in traditional school, but thankfully, I’ve transitioned to an online school.
I still don't understand how can anyone say this movie is racist, sure it might have "glorified" slavery, but the movie wasn't saying "slavery is good", it simply showed an era where slavery was a thing in a family-friendly way You can even argue the reason why everything looks so beautiful and happy is because it's told from the perspective of the kid Johnny, or Uncle Remus was trying to hide the dark side of the place from Johnny because he's just a kid Honestly, if people can't accept this, then should we just never make any movie take place during that period? Or if we just don't show any black people in those movies? Not every movies take place during a horrible time MUST address the horrible things going on, we already have movies for those
This is a very popular Disney song. Unfortunately Song of the South never had a VHS and DVD release in the United States. Disney shows like Teamo Supremo and buzz of Maggie did not had DVD release or streaming on Disney+.
