If you know you're in the right, just say, "Either call the cops or leave me alone." People like that don't wait to call the cops. He didn't call them bc he knew he was in the wrong. I would go back there with my kayak. Probably not with my jon boat.

From 1999-2004 just north of North Bass Island "The Chicks Reef" was the best smallmouth fishing I've ever experienced. Every spring when the water temperature reached 45° I'd take Wednesdays off and would spend the whole day fishing. It wasn't uncommon to catch 125 smallies for 500 lbs. Watching this video reminds me of those days.
We had a spot where we floated the rivers that was complex away from the road and the landowner use to shoot at the water around us and anyone else who stoped to fish. Police never done a thing to him.
He is probably right but all that water he has to do this he is doing it to harass people and if something gets stolen he might be harassed by the police he should be making a video of him fishing not harassing people
rick got me yelling at the screen with the 29:30 question. YIKES! trying to blame your inability to detect a bite on forward facing sonar? wtf, dial in your equipment, and feel the fucking bait...learn what a bite feels like and set the hook on bites not structure. I don't own ffs and I know what a fucking bite feels like LOL.
When you talk about the current going one direction and the wind blowing the opposite direction I experience the same thing here out west on the Columbia River all the time. Boat control and keeping contact with the bottom is crucial. I love the finesse fishing also, small baits and thin line equals big smallies. Gotta love it.
...the problem here is that there are many fisherman who do cast onto docks, onto boats... the dude on shore doesn't know your level of skill and they are likely fed up with untangling snapped lines and pulling lures out of their property... just fish somewhere else, it doesn't mean you are any less a man for it. I have fished for decades to avoid this kind of stress, I don't need to go find it while I fish
nice fat bass.so hiw many casts or hiw long do you fish a lure befire you change out lures or colors. i guess i go like 20 min.if im udin a colir i primarily use and have confidence. i assume the bass are somewhere else .if you use like 5 diff lure without a bite thst CV tells me thete isnt any bass there
where did u get them? i found them at amazon and fish USA.i went with USA as i love American .born in nj 100 yrs ago. i got grn ppk and obsidian. i caught a largie on 2nd cast. i use the zman jigheads .its too early to say if there gonna be as good as zman tfd or ticklerz.i hit my biggest few bass on the black blue tickler in early may..i really want to get out to the potomac river in md. bout 25 min from here and try my luck on a smallie.tight lines
I am amazed at how many people believe they have a legal stand because they think, believe, feel, is uncomfortable or has an opinion. The law could care less about our personal issues. You are correct in going by what the law is in the area.
I’ve been fishing for at least 2 hours and haven’t caught anything in the last 3 days. Done every piece of advice for onshore fishing since I don’t have a boat. It’s really starting to annoy me since I feel like I have a really good idea on fish migration and places to go. Just no bites. I love fishing but what’s the point when no fish bite?
