Thanks man! 13.8:1, DRC custom grind solid roller, .704 lift, 268/278 duration. Fairly mild cam for what it could handle. Bracket engine. Want it to be easy on valvetrain components.
@CorvettePredator Low 10s is a prefect place to be stuck! I grew up a junk yard racer, ran slower cars my entire career. This is byfar the nicest piece I've built. Engine is worth more than my entire racing operation. Lol
Solid save homie! It feels like forever when stuff like that happens! Had the blades hang at RMR in the dragster 1/4 mile racing. Feels like it takes 15 minutes to shut it all off!
It does suck so bad fam. I'm sure if it was still here I'd be racing. But yes life goes on and I hope I'll be out there with you before end of the year.
He misses you too fam! Yes please do if you're ever in the ville. You know what we need to do to get the altered back out there and hope to make that happen quick.
Probably took a week to get your voice back, LOL...very nice work Henry. Took a minute to get the stumble taken care of but looks like you got it all worked out. Hopefully, we'll see you down in Vegas for the ET Finals.
My voice usually exits the chat on a winning weekend. Doesn't help that I have to project over open exhaust lol. Thanks bro! And yes sir, see ya in Vegas!
@rstephe Lol, if there's kids running around on the race track I think they have bigger issues to worry about. I see over the cowl hood just fine rolling around the pits lol.
You probably know but when you sequence 2 batteries with 1 new they will only charge to the percentage of the old one making the new one less effective
@@phillipthethird42 Correct, alcohol, methanol, or in my case E85. PTFE in the line is Teflon. Won't corrode or deteriorate over time like rubber lines will.
Way to start the show with a trip zip. I watched a lot of your runs on FB but it sure is nice to see them all put together here. Did you find the stumbling issue? Almost sounded like an ignition problem to me. I guess if you're going to double up on the win it might as well be a Wally race...I'm taking notes, LOL Nice work Henry and Congratulations !!!
Thanks for the support, man! Appreciate it. Only reason I don't believe it's ignition related is because it doesn't do it on the burnout. I plan on throwing some parts at it before Woodburn. I'm definitely chasing the issue.
