Thanks for your comment, for the comb and beak, i sew on the line that i drawed as a form we prefer. Before sewing, i use needle to fix them to sew exact position.

We can make armhole depth is more longer as your measurements then adjust measurements on sleeve to match together, I hope this is helpful

I think we can use interlining a little bit thick and firm glue to avoid the collapsing of the brim

Hi, here are the measurements of side pieces that I made in cardboard . The length with double fold is 32.5cm, height is 12cm, curve slope is 9cm, then draw the edge curve, the top and under edge should match with brim and hat top. I hope this is helpful for you
