Hello, what is needed to upgrade to the i700 handpiece from an i500? We have an i500 that has a bad wire leading into the handpiece so it frequently stops or wont turn on.
As a patient, I can confirm that the Medit scanner that my dentist uses is very comfortable as a guest object in my mouth. It's contours are smooth, and it's profile is slender allowing my practitioner to get data from the most difficult places in my mouth, usually distal surfaces of whichever molars I have left. I don't know which model it is.
As a patient, I can assure you I don't give a shit about disinfection. I will eat out of a trash can. I'm there for the dental appliance, and the Medit makes a good model. The dentist has fluids for oral sanitation. For that matter, so do I.
