Well, I am no longer the quickest. Stupid 9k Nitro. That is what I get for asking someone new to come along. Seriously though, Nice work Mark. That thing is wicked. Might be my next upgrade when the Weber goes boom. Looking forward to our next trip. It was great meeting you and your Pops.
Damn, nice job on the build! You should build a second one and take me riding with you. :) I'm local, graduated from North Branch. Pretty impressed with your video too, nice work. LIKED!!!
I am making a full kit to do the conversion, cost is $3500 for the kit. I have $400 in my Nytro motor after selling the stock Weber motor. You can get a used Redline for $7500 to $8500...
My Banshee has never been stock so had to compare. If I were to take a guess they would be close top end stock for stock. The Revolt is pretty fast to 40 MPH tops out around 65ish.
The dunes encompass about 2000 acres. The ORV section is probably about 500 acres. All in all It would be worth 2-3 days of fun. I would avoid Holiday weekends as you will spend hours (probably all day) in line on a Friday to get parking voucher.
and the price tag that are on the revolt you can go out and buy a polaris rzr xp for the same if not a little less. they are still cool looking though.
hi there, is this place worth a student to spend a whole bunch to pack up his quad with friends and travel 1000k from Hearst Ontario to spend a few days? is it big enough to enjoy 2-3 days? i would probly travel 6hrs to sault st-marie on a race weekend with the race quad and then travel another 6 hrs to silver lake for a few days, let me know what you think
Nice video, great intro! I think you should sell the Banshee, buy a second Revolt, and take me riding with you. :) I have never seen the sand at Silver Lake so smooth as in your video, looks like fun riding. Anyway, thanks for posting. Nice job.
