The mission of Dj’s Aviation is to be the publics' first choice for regular developments within the Aviation industry. This includes Aviation news, analysis, opinion pieces, and more. The passion for aviation itself fuels me to continue to inform people of all knowledge levels in the industry and create a welcoming environment for all.
I'm Dan and the sole member of Dj's Aviation. Being just 20 I've had a passion for Aviation for over 14 years now, trips to the airport when I was younger were a regular occurrence and since then I've been hooked. With this passion that I have, I've created a channel to share that very same passion. I hope that I can further fuel your passion for Aviation on this channel as well.
'N.. H' November Hotel or Heavy' ... still refuse to use this airline alphabet. Hmmm, you refuse airline professionalism. The others use it. It is PROPER. period
@@Razor48XThe Max as an airliner is not the issue. Max crashes was a badly designed software issue. All modern commercial planes have computers to help pilots work easier but if it fails pilots need to be able to over ride. Since then software has been fixed. The door issue was bad work done at the plant. CEOs are the main problem that need to be fixed and FAA.
Thanks for the useless video with zero timeframe on the 757’s retirement. As a current United CA, I can tell you per Scott Kirby’s words the 757 won’t be going away until the end of the decade at the earliest.
Yes air India is building an MRO facilities in Bangalore international airport or also know as Kempegowda international Airport Air India as announced that Bangalore or also known as Bengaluru will be the the one of main hubs for air India and I will like to thank them for making all these decisions in my own city.
XLR is garbage. Only reason it will be successful is the average passenger is too stupid to realise the difference between widebody and narrow body. Stuck in your seat on long haul sounds disgusting. Single aisle with cabin service and toilets on long flights doesn’t work. No thanks.
@@alvinloh9068 yep. 737 max is also garbage. So my logic is obviously sound. Thanks for the confirmation of my thesis. Narrow bodies are garbage for plebs.
I’m not sure that many people realise that the A321 is actually longer than the first B707s (the -120/120B) and only 2.1m shorter than the longer ones (the -300/400s).
What I would’ve liked to have seen back in the late 80s early 90s was a merger between Eastern Airlines and TWA. The east-west network and JFK international hub of TWA was complimentary to Eastern's north-south network…including the NY-BOS-DC shuttle as well as Eastern’s service to Mexico, the Caribbean,Central and South America. Very little overlap existed. I believe that would’ve been been a very successful airline.
Nick Olliver said the 737max10 challenges the A321XLR when the max is short of 1600nm range, carries fewer passengers, and has a 10-ton MTOW difference 🤣
I think travelers will adjust to long haul single aisle aircraft ( like the A321 XLR ) with time though it may be a bit rough at first. Think those who fly first or business class will feel it the most, just a thought 8:37
@@billscarnage I fly widebody international every week. There are some passengers get up to walk around but it's not every passenger - most are sleeping or watching TV. I hope you know that the narrowbody has aisle, too, and people can get up on walk around. The XLR has a provision option to have mid-cabin lav and area near the exit door for people to stretch their legs...with areas to stop at mid and aft of the cabin.
Also the A321XLR is going to be more wider, comfortable and quieter than something like a Boeing 737 MAX and Boeing 757. It will be great, just flew JetBlue’s A321LR from Heathrow to New York. Better than something like a 787 and 777.
