Wow, this new skyscraper is awesome, i was in NYC last year and in 2022 and saw the beginning of the construction works. It will be a very iconic landmark in Manhattan. Working from home is not common in high-end NY jobs. There's massive demand for new supertowers. Citadel is building a much taller tower at 350 Park, and a new tower will rise at 175 Park on site of the Hyatt hotel. JPMC is even buying 250 Park to develop more offices there.
Yes definitely fair. Door man, 5th floor with elevator. Spacious, good natural lighting. Building had a good feel. And the West village is extremely high demand.
