Hello sweet Wanda & Chris!! How wonderful to see your video on Maya Chan! We just booked this resort for December, on the Carnival Jubilee and we cannot WAIT to experience this lovely area. It looked like Chris was really enjoying relaxing in the hammock and that meal sounds delightful! I have a few questions: was there a bunch of seaweed for you that day? I know they say that is part of being there, and warn you about it very much in their writings. If there was, did it prevent you from going into the waters? Did you find anything that was gluten free for you to eat? Were the dancers there at the resort or was that back at port? We are really looking forward to experiencing our day there!!! @@NauticalNurseNancy Hi Nancy! There was no seaweed the day we went and we only went in the water for a bit. They also have a pool though. Their included lunch is fabulous. Everything was safe for me to eat since they have corn tortillas. Their service is very friendly and attentive. They never let your glass get empty. Great drinks! And their massages are the best we’ve had in the Caribbean. It is a very relaxing place. The dancers were in the port area. You can’t beat what you get for the money at Maya Chan. I have been there 3 times now and will definitely be back. I hope you enjoy it too!
Yes unfortunately it is in Queens. I was just there for the night and jumping on a cruise ship the next morning. If you want to visit attractions, you will need to stay in Manhattan.
Wow.. the meringue was so tall.. very mouthwatering.... nice..great atmosphere.. burgers very appetizing..what a great sunset..glad you two enjoyed..be safe, n happy in your travels...enjoyed..
@@yvonneacosta2539 Haha! I found out I like the meringue topping better than the whipped cream. It was more tart and less sweet, which is my preference. It was so good!😊
I've never complained about any of the Key West food. From pizza right up to high-end restaurants, they take pride when preparing a dish . And yes, the best sunsets at Mallory Square 😊

A great vlog. I really like Key West. I hope you did the sunset view that the city is known for. It's been a long time for me, but I think the main spot is Mallory Square?
We're happy that you guys visited Key West. Until my back surgery last year, we rode our Harley to Key West once/twice a year. It's a better vibe staying a few days than just going for a few hours as a cruise port.. We stay at a small, clean, cheap hotel that has a pool. That's all we really need 😊
