Girl, have you ever checked what is in your energy drink? it is all chemicals disturbing endocrine system and you are heavily promoting it, lol You may have insulin resistance, prediabetic, hypothyroidism, adrenal gland not functioning well or lack of iron. They all cause terrible headaches. Also, bad emotional states - negative thoughts. Also, neck tension or tumor. A lot of possibilities where ibuprofen won't help. You need to find the root, not to cover symptoms. Good luck.

I saw a natural medicine doctor and he explained to me that my migraines were caused by processed foods. I was on estrogen-containing birth control for about a decade, consumed energy drinks and pre-workout, and constantly had headaches. Turns out, I was hypertensive!!! I cut out energy drinks, pre-workout, and switched to progestin-only birth control, and I literally haven’t had a headache since. Also, I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out doing any form of cardio anymore 🙃 it’s scary how much my body was suffering.

Maybe try doing yoga and Pilates if ur sick of going to the gym. It’s slower and creates less cortisol in the body but still super effective for strength and flexibility. Maybe your body is just telling you to slow down ❤

Also I think when you were platinum it washed you out more, I prefer the warmer tones on you specifically when you went a little darker closer to your natural color. Girlie drink some coconut water or celery juice. Like a decent amount. You might need some electrolytes. Don’t get the electrolyte powders with sugar and additives. I struggle with dysautonomia and electrolytes truly help. My cardiologist recommended this and it has changed my life.
Claudia! Been watching your videos for a while! ❤ I am a hairdresser, I wouldn’t recommend using hair oil before you do your hair! (Think of frying an egg, you’re cooking your hair when you use it before) also stick to the shampoo for fine/med hair because although your hair “feels” thick. Your actual hair strand is fine… and since you are working on your hair health, I would do a partial on the back of your hair, so you can get that light again but no to the Scandinavian hairline, you want to make sure those baby hairs grow out healthy! ✨ all the love 🩷
