That blows, but at least now you have a reason to take it out and get it ready for a turbo! I highly suggest forged rods/pistons and then just have the head cleaned up and check the block/head for flatness and send it. With the forged internal and a nice cooling set up, these things will take a lot of abuse. Look forward to watching the build and see how you handle drifting. Holler if you need any Miata help.
