I feel this I was on my spino I was sub when a dasp,chiken,Alio and achillo attacked me I killed the dasp achillo and alio then the chiken came back with two spoons to kill me half health
Broooooo!!!!! Hahahaha! That's too real, I can't believe the official servers were summed up in a 2 minute song. As soon as AI dinos drop, the servers are probably gonna be dead. All cause trash wanted to exploit to outta the game.
I love this game too.. I don't play alot and when I do I play Bow only and I creep up as close as I can.. its so fun getting as close as possible to them and they have ZERO idea you're there.. that's hunting to me!.. I do enjoy rifles but it feels kinda easy mode at times. But I am not going for diamonds etc I just go for whatever I think I can get and if its a gooden then great! anyways I am enjoying your content its very relatable.
This is why people quit official servers. Questing is still by far, in my opinion, the worst thing to ever happen to this game. Even the original water quality update was fun because people fought over water and avoided joining groups. It felt a lot more realistic while staying a fun game.
The game is filled with 12 year olds who probably botted a full grown dino because every quest is so brain dead boring only a bot would enjoy this garbage. I realized it after under 2 hours of gameplay. It's why thier pos game isn't on steam. They know this thing is hot garbage and will never be anything besides a mobile phone joke just for 12 year olds to get their fix for dinos. Stay away. Play the isle. Play beasts of bermuda. AT LEAST the mechanics are fun in both those games. This is from a new player of all dino games. POT has by far the worst community I've ever seen. I haven't gotten past juvi and have been constantly killed by these wierdos with full grown dinos back to back just trying to quest because the devs are too different to add passive growth so I can just grow a dino .. ANY dino.
The only way to "win" is to resort to their playstyle and perpetuate the cycle. That's why I switched to community servers with rules that make sense and keeps things fun
If they're just hanging around you with no group invite and no questing that means they are relaying your location! Get out of dodge immediately. Also you might have been able to hide at the bottom of the lake in the reeds
There's a game on Roblox called Prior Extinction, hyper realistic dino game on Roblox of all places, and I was in a para herd once when a trio of Therodontosaurus, basically its a fictional dino made by the devs to act as a bleeder version of T-rex, and let me tell you they were getting their cheeks clapped by the teen para players and occasionally getting their face broken by my elder para (the oldest stage for a dino, it being bigger and stronger but slower than the adult version). It got so bad for them one of the theros logged off and came back as a theri. I knew something was up with the theri. Kept circling my herd and two calling but doing nothing to keep the theros away. I was already a quarter down on my hp from the theros but my herd were very low (becuz the theros do a TON of bleed) so i attacked the theri (*just like you did with that rex*) and as Im reaching 7hp with massive bleed the theri player dies, the remaining two thero players also dies from one of the teen paras turning to sub-adult and I die. In the chat they were being mega toxic and wouldnt just take their loss. I ignored it becuz it wasnt worth the effort, i got the kill and saved my herd. But someone who was watching the fight commented "Bro three of u theros couldnt kill a single para and one of had to switch out to a theri, the HEAVIEST bleeder in game yet you STILL GOT YOUR FEATHERY CHEEKS BULL CLAPPED by the para." and the guy just left the server after it.
