I made your Frito Casserole dish for the GrandBeast and when I looked at it...I asked mah'self...I said Self, Rita say if it go in dry, it's gonna come out dry (or there-a-bouts)...I was on the margins thus, after it came out of oven, whilst it tasted good, I shoulda' added more sauce. The GrandBeast agreed. He said he liked it, but it need MORE Sauce-C-Ness. HENCE, I'VE BEEN REFORMED (or Rita-Tiiizzed)....How'z about that...From the mouth of babes. You should take us with you on this weight-loss journey...I've always cooked like a fat gurl cuz I don't know nuddin' different in terms of achieving good taste whilst using alternative ingredients. One might as well said 'yo momma' to me suggesting low sodium, low fat, sugar substitutes and all that stuff cuz in my mind, it sounds like it's been overly messed with using fake stuff, but when I saw the olive oil, Greek yogurt and corn starch, I said to mah self..."Self...that don't look messed with." @mflournoy2971, haaaaaaay my crazy foodie sista, lolol!! This is my 3rd Sunday in a row doing a new video, so please make sure you're still getting my notifications. With this adjudtment, the family couldn't tell until i yold them, lol! It was just as good, and that's how I like it! As far as my weight loss journey, I was all set to get some surge. Got a new doctor, and she suggested I try appetite suppressant. After my blood work, everything looked good, so instead of Ozempic, she suggested the old appetite suppressant Phentermine, and it has worked very well for me. I'm a stress eater and late night snacker. Taking this one small pill has been a game changer! I've pretty much stopped all red meat and bread, but when I want something, I just eat it and get it out of my system. I'm juicing at least 1 full day a week, and I only eat 1 full meal a day. I ramped my water intake up a lot, too. Glad to hear you're taking notes; dry in/dry out on casseroles; dry meat/high heat on roasting meats😋🥰

I'm so busy with life that I'm never on YT unless I'm trying to manage my channel, so sorry. My mom is getting worse with her Alzheimers and my daughter's medical stuff/visits have doubled. So my surfing and site visits have gone waaaay down. I decided about a month ago to start back recording and uploading, and that's time consuming in itself. I appreciate you stopping by my channel. I was wondering if you use and cook with different kinds of balsamic vinegar? What kind is best for me to use in this recipe. I really don’t know much about it, but I want to because I love it.

I do, however, prefer using the ones that says "glaze". It's thicker and perfect for for roasting veggies like these. As far as how much, I just drizzle, lol! 🥰
