I really need to make some jewelers hammers. My smallest hammer is the plane hammer i made and even that is a little unwieldy for that kind of stuff. Maybe some of those teardrop whip looking handles?

This is not kintsugi this is a precursor technique that originated in ming dynasty China where metal staples are used to mend broken pottery. Kintsugi came later in Japan using urushi lacquer finished with decorative gold leaf. I could have the details mixed up. This is just what I remember from reading about it in the past
