It's a beautiful house, but it has too much going on in ways of materials used. It's like a mish mash of woods that don't really blend together, concrete and the home decor looks either cheap or outdated. The only space I liked was the marble entrance. I would not buy that house as on top of the purchase, the renovations would be astronomical.
Gross. They tear down classic heritage homes to build these McMansions in this city. No class. Wellington Crescent is becoming a tacky display of wealth and ignorance.
The hose designed as top classic, but the furniture's are so modern.and that give some contrast with the Hose designed, but the selling add something good with furniture's that help to accepted it.,even I preferred to put classic furniture in side this mentioned house.if we egnors the kitchen from it.thanks.saad ahmad from winnipeg.
I don’t know what it is about this house that I find so odd. Something about the design. This strange mix of art deco and gothic and 1980s modern. Bizarre choices of materials too. Like pick a wood already! 😂 Some of the furniture looks like it’s from Walmart while some of it looks like it was custom made in Italy. It’s one of those houses that look like it was designed by a rich person trying to appear as if they have good taste so they just cover everything in marble. All that’s missing is a solid gold toilet. And that fountain in the front is way too small and it looks like it came from a garden supply store on the side of the highway. Are there garden gnomes too? Hopefully someone with deep pockets and a good design team can save it. It’s got good bones. Just needs someone with taste to fix it up.
@@vpimaging I know they have options but Wolf are known for the red knobs, any other colour it might as well be a Meile or Bosch. Anything other than red knobs on a Wolf range/oven/cooktop is blasphemous. It's like Alex Ovechkin hitting the ice with black skate laces when everyone knows he only wears yellow laces, it's bad luck to change the colours.
@@vpimaging Max Bachman, you know, I went to Garden City Collegiate in the late 60's and early 70's with Timmy and Robbie Bachman. They lived on Forest Park Drive. When we were in the 3rd grade we would do lunch at their home. Their mother would make us soup and sandwiches while the elder brother, Randy, would practice guitar in their living room. My, my, where did the time go? Fond memories of better daze!!!
@@dougking5703 with the Canadian dollar dropping faster than a lead balloon, plus the high inflation and coming bust, this property is destined for the back lot. These are crazy days we are living in, and just think, it only took 2 years to get here!!
