I want to buy your shoes, but I am not trusting your website because your instagram handle doesn't work. Please update your site so shoppers can trust you more. I don't know what to do now because I am not in Australia.
I cant get the insoles out of my Uggs. I cant ware them until the insoles are replaces. Im also looking for a shearling insole with arch support. I dont see one on your website. I need help with figuring out how to remove the insoles
Hi there, to remove the innersoles you need to pinch the sheepskin at the heel and give it a good tug. You can find our replaceable innersoles here: www.uggsince1974.com.au/products/sheepskin-innersoles?_pos=1&_sid=3910624fc&_ss=r
Hi Laura, thanks for your important question. Nowhere on our boots do we have made in Vietnam as we only hand make all of our UGG Boots here in Australia. There are however many other brands under the name 'UGG' who do not make their UGGs in Australia. You can read more about the confusion between all the brands online here in our blog post: www.uggsince1974.com.au/blogs/news/why-are-there-so-many-ugg-companies-and-websites
Hi! Do your boots have our UGG Australian Made Since 1974 logos on the back? If not, you don't have our boots sorry and your innersoles may not be removeable like ours.
I always liked the ugg boots look, but there was something about the quality I felt was not cutting it. After extensive research I now understand everything. I just bought new quality boots past december, so uggs will have to wait for a while. But when I do buy them, I will make sure I order from your website. I already checked, you ship to my country, and you have the Nappa leather boots. I will make sure to let my friends and family know where to buy as well!
I Love, love my Uggs. I have tall black boots. Recently A hole on the top left of the outside leather appeared. Looks terrible. After spending $200 for these I am wondering what can be done? Perhaps a a warranty, a replacement?? Please Help! 🕉 Tamara
Hi Tamara, we're unable to find an order under your name! Please send a photo along with your order number to our Customer Service team at hello@uggsince1974.com.au and we will get back to you! Thank you.
Hi Kevin, short answer - yes. You can read more about the difference between us and the US brand on our blog here: www.uggsince1974.com.au/blogs/news/uggsince1974vsdeckersoutdoorcorporation
It's sad that now the country Australia or the original creator and distributor of 'UGH boots' cant make or sell UGG shoes themselve. UGH/Ugg boots refers to flat heel, pull on, Sheepskin boots in Australia. They have been making and wearing it since 1920s and before. It's like household name, generic name that anyone can use word 'UGG' for sheepskin boots in Australia. But as surfing popularised ' Ugg boots' outside Australia and New Zealand. The smart one in U.S trademark the name 'UGG' and now its Brand name owned by Giant Deckers. Before it was sold under the name Original Australian Ugg Boot, UGG Australia. But now it's just UGG brand. It's like you are not allowed to say ur own country's language/word, in ur own country, which you have been speaking for ages. As it is already stolen by wealthy clever people.
I thought no UGG shoemaker can sell their shoes in USA because the brand UGG is owned by Decker's company. Is this company going to get in trouble like Eddie oygur?
Deckers stole the name and makes a 💩 product. The channel owners are the originals. They make a much better quality product. Do NOT support Deckers ugg impostor
I knew there was a difference in the old boots that my students used to have back in 1999 up until now. The surfers used to order "Ugg's" right from Australia and they were different than the "Ugg's" you see now. This explains why.
You say the suede spray may change the colour a little bit...is it going to make it look worse...how little is little bit is basically what i am asking? Thanks
they can't do anything as long as they are only sold in Australia because they don't own the trademark to "Ugg" here, only "UGG". bunch of copyright trolls and bullies, they may as well have tried to trademark "coffee" or "boots". shame the rest of the world fell for their bullshit.
Hi Nancy, sorry to hear! All of our UGG boots have replaceable innersoles, but other brands do not. We'd love to make you a pair at UGG Since 1974 one day soon, and you can buy some innersoles at the same time so you're ready to replace them when necessary.
Lovely presentation! Sadly my boots do not have replaceable innersoles. (They were bought at Saks Fifth Ave in the US, so one would hope they are legit.) I'm currently exploring options to scrape out the innersole and attempt to replace it with a fluffy new one! Where does one find a cobbler these days...? LOL
Question! If the innersoles can not be replaced because they are not removable, (but still worn down flat inside) could you just slip the new ones on top? Or would that make the shoe too tight?
I tried doing that to mine. I have the black Bailey button Crystal boots. I cannot get the insert out and I bought new ones. I can’t even get my foot inside and I have very small feat.
Hi Blast! All of our UGG boots have replaceable innersoles, but other brands do not. If you can't remove the innersoles then unfortunately they aren't able to be replaced. We'd love to make you a pair at UGG Since 1974 one day soon, and you can buy some innersoles at the same time so you're ready to replace them when necessary. Have a lovely day!
@@musicalHootenanny We don't have any email correspondence of this nature, and our UGG innersoles are all replaceable so this isn't advice we would have given out and isn't ringing any bells unfortunately. We can only hazard a guess that you're dealing with another company - there are lots out there: www.uggsince1974.com.au/blogs/news/why-are-there-so-many-different-ugg-companies-and-websites Best of luck with it!

@@musicalHootenanny Thanks John. As we expected, you are dealing with a different UGG company. We are "UGG Since 1974", our website is www.uggsince1974.com.au. We are located at 23 Christine Ave Miami, QLD. The company, address, phone number etc you have included above are for another company. You are dealing with the company simply called "UGG" - they have a different website as you have copied and pasted above. We are completely unrelated. For a start, we are Australian owned and Australian made, whereas the company you are dealing with does not make any of its boots in Australia (you could check inside for the sew in label to see where they were made) and is an American owned company. There is more about the differences between our two companies, which are entirely unrelated, here: www.uggsince1974.com.au/blogs/news/uggsince1974vsdeckersoutdoorcorporation This discussion just goes to show how confusing UGG boots are to buy - you'd be surprised how many customers insist they have purchased our UGG boots but have actually bought from a different company, and they aren't made in Australia. We posted it above, but perhaps it would be helpful for you to read this article too, which explains why there are so many UGG companies around: www.uggsince1974.com.au/blogs/news/why-are-there-so-many-different-ugg-companies-and-websites Glad we've been able to get to the bottom of this though and as set out above, all of OUR boots have removable innersoles, so we'd love to make you a pair one day. Have a lovely afternoon John.
Quite thought provoking. On the one hand it is amazing to see the entire operations of the business happen in Australia, which is why I bought from them and will continue to do so. On the other hand it seems in order to survive as a company they have had to get very 'creative' with marketing and completely leave the roots of what UGG boots are by creating a tacky 'high fashion' image in order to reach a wider market by reducing the bogan stigma of wearing UGG boots outside and audaciously trying to re-imagine them as a luxury fashion item LOL. What would the surfers who first utilized these boots to keep their feet warm when they came out of the surf have to say about this extremely vain and capitalistic path? Would they be pleased that the UGG boot has survived by capitalizing on vanity and marketing or would they have preferred the UGG boot to stay obscurity with soul intact?
Lol it’s just a shoe… and surfers weren’t the 1st to wear them, which was in the 80’s. It started in the 60’s, probably even before that as a very crude footwear. And surfers doesn’t own the legacy of these boots, Australia as a whole does!
Thank you so much for this! I had been wondering how to spray the boots correctly. I wonder what to do to protect the leather products such as the calf skin, bomber, and Nappa leather. Any ideas?
Hi Britta! Thanks for watching. Here are our recommendations to protect other materials you might have on your UGGs: Nappa Leather - buff with a cloth and standard leather protector periodically. You could use a leather protector for your ordinary leather shoes or couch etc. Bomber - buff with a cloth and standard leather protector periodically. Calf skin - do not treat with any protector products. Any calf skin components of your boots should be treated with care as the hides can be delicate. We hope this helps :) Have a lovely day!
UGG Since 1974 Thank you so much! I recently ordered Bomber and Nappa leather boots from your online catalog, and have been considering the leopard print calf skin. It’s beautiful!
Ugg isn’t a brand, but a generic term for a type of shoe originated in Australia mad eout of sheepskin. The Ugg Australia brand ha snothing to do with Australia except the name. The original founder who brought Ugg to CA was an Aussie surfer, but it’s all made in China now, like most things because it’s cheaper, so neither Australian made nor Australian owned. What you pay for is the “brand”, an overpriced low quality Ugg boot compared to other Australian owned and Australian made brands. I’ve had Ugg Australia, and they ended up in the garbage after one wear. My Emu Australia, and Jumbo Ugg boots, still going strong after almost 10+ years. Wouldn’t say fake, just not authentic in neither name nor manufacturing processes as they don’t use Australian Merino Wool fleece. You wanna buy Uggs? Support Australian made brands!
@@shakaylamoore yes I did!! Love them, great customer seduce as well! My favorite are the slipper slide! But I have about 4 pairs of Uggs classic and mini and they are amazing quality!
