Excellent direction, cast selection & acting. Good script to go with that terrific combo!! I will be adding this to my WOWorthy Playlist under Desi films, to recommend to others. Refreshing to see young actors on screen that don't resort to nudity or profanity to express themselves adequately. Keep up the good work Madmidaas Films - You've obviously got what it takes to succeed in this line of work. WELL DONE!! Namaste 🙏from USA!!
The last scene of all your films is known for taking the cake after the beautiful crescendo that leads to it😮 So proud of you for highlighting one of society's biggest and most neglected underlying issue, the complete lack of empathy towards each other. I really pray that this film serves as an eye opener to the world we live in which is just full of outer charades and the unhappiest lives within. Exceptional work by the whole cast and crew. Congratulations @madmidaasfilms for yet another hard hitting impactful film. My most favourite line from the film - "Doctor engineer ko toh koi struggler nahi bulata, sirf artists ko hi bulate hai" 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very intense but so true. Happens every day. Innocence is lost hopes are tossed out and what remains is tears regret and finally death. 😢 You are right : we have to understand our fellow humans without judging them probably inching towards better humanity
Another wonderful movie! Congratulations to the entire team for this success. Loved the acting of the main character and the supporting cast. I would like to suggest one thing though. I know you guys want to make movies as real as possible. But try to minimize the use of the foul language. Some people (like me :-) ) get turned off if there is a lot of bad language. You can have a very impactful movie even without it. There are s many silent movies which left an unforgettable image. Just my two cents as a viewer's feedback. :-) You guys obviously know better.
Hey Rama, thank you for watching the film and for your appreciation-it means a lot to us. We also appreciate your feedback and suggestions, and we'll definitely keep them in mind.
I am speechless, you know what I tried to kill myself 7 times in this year till yet don't even know how I am alive after a major surgery and lots of failures , just imagine you are a player and continuous injuries and surgeries keeps you away from your game, you work cery hard day and night but still you couldn't clear the entrance exam and make your name into merit list you just passes you masters exams with 57 % where earlier you use to score highest marks in the college. Its really tough yo face the society when people discourage you and blames you for choosing wrong career
Hey Anisha, it's courageous of you to share this. You're not alone in this. Consider sharing your feelings with someone you trust, or you can also reach out to this helpline number: AASRA -- +91-9820466726
Really feed bad for you. But you have to come out of this mindset. I know it is easier said than done., Don't you think that we get in this state of misery because we give way too much value to the unknown people called society?? Trust yourself, build yourself and love yourself unconditionally because no one else will! Not even your parents. We care so much about what others say because we give more importance to what they say and literally no importance to what our soul says to us. Don't feel disheartened. So many people have fought the adverse conditions and came out as victors. In every situation you have a choice. Become a victim or a victor.
Thank you for recommending to watch this short film. Yet again, another matterpiece from you guys. In the end it put tears in my eyes knowing that it's based on a true story for what he felt, that someone to hug, someone to not judge and simply give love. It's so important and we as a society fail to uphold it. Nowadays, t's a trend apprantly in the society to disassociate with those who are sad, depressed or going through trouble times because it could rub on them and take away their per se "positive energy". My take is, why your positive energy so weak that it cannot uplift and remove the negative energy of another individual? If you're so afraid of it rubbing on you, then you really don't have any energy of yours to begin with. I believe our human race which has survived for that long can be extinct when empathy and care is removed from the equation. Those virtues has helped us protect our species and now is at the brink of extinction. Going to Bombay for a better life is similar to people going to the west for a better life. I came to the west (not my choice), I made it a home. I came from a well to do family and I was completely poor in the west. Once you've tasted the luxury, it's even harder to live in poverty because you know what you're missing. I remember the day when I told myself amid tears, "this is not what I'm going to accept for my self, I'm going to make my way within 10 years". I had no money nothing and I wasn't going to tell anyone but I had love, that alone probably helped me survive. I had no idea that I'm using very powerful words, I was young and vulnerable. I forgot down the road what I promised myself. I remembered the words when 10 years had passed. As they say "what you accept is what you get". I did not accept my condition and forced myself to do whatever. But one thing I did even when I did a work that was not at par to my expertise and standards and even when I was insulted, belittled, demeaned or dismissed, I welcomed it with tears and at every turn thanked god for that. It gave me an inner piece than the struggle within. It helped me to keep moving forward. Today I have everything. I still thank more and give more. And keep reminding myself " sub thaat paraa reh jawaygaa jub laad chalayga bunjara". Nothing is mine but others... I wish to help so many people but I know I can't do so. I throw in my prayers in the air to all in the world who are in anyways suffering. Prayers have no limit and cost nothing. Maybe my prayers for that individual can be heard and accepted and helped the one the way it helped me.
Adeeb ZAKHM is a masterfully crafted and deeply sensitive portrayal of the harsh realities of modern life, as seen through the eyes of Varun. The film doesn’t shy away from addressing poignant and relevant issues, capturing the rawness of contemporary struggles with a rare authenticity. Your approach as a filmmaker is both bold and commendable, shedding light on themes that are often overlooked but crucially important to address in today's world. This is a powerful, thought-provoking piece that resonates on multiple levels.
