How much of a turn on the resistance knob would be considered a moderate amount for a flat ?I have never ridden outdoors so have no idea what a flat ride on a bicycle would feel like resistance wise.Thank you.
I buy the first one in about 1 week, today i first tried without knowing that needed lubrification, without any information i used motor oil 10w40😂, it felt way better after lubrification, have i messed up?😂😂 From now on i will use wd-40 until i buy the proper lubrificant
What about using rubbing alcohol to wipe down the belt? Then, with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol, wipe down the aluminum? It used to work on record players and VCRS back in the day.
So does this only work on newer models? I have a Spinner Pro (Star Trac) that I want to add this to, but I’m having trouble finding the answer. It’s the 9-7070 from 2009. Please help!
