The bulb is saudered to the white place piece which is connect to a series of cable. How the hell do I simply get the damn bulb out and put a new one in

Mine kept blowing lightbulbs and they said I had an electrical problem, even though nothing else was being affected...so I put in the next higher fuse and it never popped a bulb again for years.
