Hello! come lets travel, eat, chat and see beauty in life through experiences. I will be posting things that intrigue me and will hopefully entertain you. cheers!
So sweet this girl looks who presented the goan breakfast ❤her mouth was drooling and saliva was spraying out while she ate and spoke at the same time 😅.Towards the end she actually said she was really hungry OMG that made my day. I hope she didn't bite her tongue 😜.
The crispy samosas look good ! Remind me of the Anglo Indian curry puffs . Thinking of visiting Goa . Like the look of the houses👍🏼 Anglo Indian living in Canada. Been here 50 yrs & never returned to India since 1974😂 Have never been to Goa, but have a second Cousin living there with his Russian wife. So may visit one of these days. Is it very hot these days? My best time would be to visit in the winter here. Anywhere from after Christmas to March/April . What can I expect in terms of weather there?
Hey There, Winter is peak season so while everything is buzzing there's quite a lot of crowd, and summers can be really hot, but monsoon is where the real magic is. Low prices, less people, just a different side to be honest
Hi ma'am, just some few things to ask if you dont mind. 1) whats the timing of friday market at mapusa. 2) I need to purchase some eatable items(sweets and other snacks) so where in mapusa to go basically. If you the shops name will be really helpful. 3) The Goan pork sauces where should we go to purchase it. What i have observed. There are packed ones that is normally found in many shops. Where to go exactly so that we can take the best quality available. 4)About spices. What are the famous spices we can get in goa other than the recheado masala. I want to take those spices back to my city home. We get those masala or spices back at my city home town but i dont find it so good at all. Also, when i went back in 2023 to goa i was kind of confused where to go search these different sections. Sorry my questions are just too big😅😅😅 But i want to keep my goa's taste in my home, so just need to know the exact things.
Hey thanks for your comment! I will try my best to answer to my best knowledge.. the market starts early in the morning but local vendors might start closing around evening (5 pm) most shops are still open. You can find sweets in the bakery section of the market, beside that are shops where you can get spices and masala such as Recheado, Cafreal, you might wanna buy a Xacuti Masala because that's unique to Goa and spices up curries beautifully
