I live in North Phoenix a touch north of Happy Valley Road and 17th Ave. Happened to be outdoors when those fighter jets came screaming by overhead heading east from Luke AFB before banking south to follow 7th St. downtown to Chase Field. What a beautiful sight! My daughter and her one year old child, my granddaughter, were visiting from LA. I was outside with my granddaughter and she spotted the jets and pointed at them as they ripped across the desert sky. A sweet memory!
@@azcatsg7163 there are serious rumblings going on that this is your guys last season in Phoenix. I'm up in Vancouver Canada and know some well to do business people up here. Told that the team has already been sold to a group here in Vancouver. They are waiting until towards the end of the season to finally announce it. The owner there Kendricks wants a new ball park and/or for the taxpayers to pay for the upgrades needed. I'm not pulling your leg. He's been up to Vancouver here many times already looking to unload the team. Their like the Coyotes soon to be gone. Stay tuned.

They do. I'm an lA transplant and I've been riding the dbacks train since day one. I was at the very first opening day, and aside from two years I missed, one got no tickets and the other one covid, I have not missed. See you March 28th, Chase Field #churchofbaseball

Funny, whenever Id go see the DBacks against the Dodgers at Chase field, there are hardly people there supporting the DBacks. NOW that theyre in the playoffs, everyone seems to come out of the woodworks. Bandwagon fans in AZ.

dude that goes with any team in sports. if you suck, u have less fans at the game. if u in playoffs u have more attending. it dont take away from someone always being a fan becuz they dont go to games when an organization is doing terrible
Better than the Rays at least. They’ve been competitive for awhile and couldn’t even sell half the tickets at their ballpark. Give AZ credit, they showed out and supported their team when it mattered most. This team has been special.
@@USMC_LAterZit's been a shitshow for years now. Tony LaRussa fucked our roster and farm system. Took a long time to get it right again. Of course us as fans don't want to pay money to see a team that even management could care less about. Just to shed some light on the LaRussa Era, he hired his accountant best friend to be the GM. He had NO major league baseball experience in any area of "expertise".
Was at the game. It was constant excitement and the crowd was in it all the way. There’s was never a need to remind the crowd to make noise. Proud of our fans a strong turnout and we out numbered Dodger fans 10 to 1!
Are you sure 10-1? It was probably 4-6. There’s more Dodgers fans in Arizona than dback fans. I actually live in Arizona and all you see is blue 🧢 everywhere. I live in Goodyear and is basically little L.A. here
@@bench-clearingbrawl7737 bruh I was at the game and it was 10-1 dbacks. There were some Dodger fans but not even enough to make any noise really. That's just Arizona sports cause we show out in huge numbers during the postseason/playoffs but don't when our teams losing. Same thing happens to the Suns. There might be more Dodger fans at Chase during the regular season, but come playoffs we show up big time. Dodger fans that live here in AZ real quiet after that slaughter

Y’all don’t go to the games and buy merch. You probably don’t really understand baseball and is just a only “I only watch when they make the playoffs” type of fan. I follow every game including spring training games. I look at numbers that you probably don’t know existed about individual players. Like FIP, xFIP, WOBA, WRC+ etc... My cousins work with Dodgers minor league players, some of them have gone to my aunties house for dinner before. I ran into Kershaw in spring training after his starts when they are walking through the tunnel/the back. My whole family live and breathe Dodgers baseball since 1980 Fernandomania. But I will say 22’ 23’ Dodgers seasons have been shocking to me, not mad not sad not disappointing but SHOCKING. Like how the heck do Mookie and Freddie just all of sudden forget how to hit when October baseball comes. But fk it. I’ll still root for dbacks for the playoffs just because I’ve been living here in Arizona for 11 years now, even though I bleed blue and have faith in blue heaven exists ✌🏽

Wow a Giants fan? That got to suck to be so called Giants fan. Every time I see someone wearing orange they look uncomfortable like they feel embarrassed wearing Giants merch. That’s why the Giants owners be practically throwing all their money to Super stars to go play in S.F. but they keep turning them down because it’s where baseball careers die.
