Boxes like this are already being delivered from China…..cost of it is reasonable but customs charges more than the cost of the thing for allowing it to be shipped The box is then left for you to figure out how it is put together as each house item is separate for you to install. My friend ordered it and it is a real task putting it together yourself. He has yet to complete putting it together and is trying to sell it as is….. 😊
