Be moved and inspired by the journey these ordinary people undertook to get to where they are now and their encounter with God throughout.
J.John is married to Killy and they have three sons. He is best known for creatively communicating the Christian faith to all ages and cultures as a speaker, writer and broadcaster.
Isn’t that sudden change in meaning of words he refers to what happened with the word baptism when it was transliterated from the Greek for the King James Bible so it no longer was viewed as immersion as it was originally viewed in the Greek?
What a lovely interview! Mandy, your beauty glows from your soul, and all the goodness you put out in the world. God clearly had a plan for you in the way you serve and inspire people, especially children. Bless you, and thank you for all the good you do. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Really struck by how much meditation on scripture Charlie does, unpacking it in a way that really blessed me. It’s something I’m going to try myself, I think the understanding he has of God’s nature is fabulous.
People have walls. They put them up and don’t realize it. I talked to my pastor four years ago bothered by a wall I hade put up and didn’t really know. Knocking this down was such a Jesus moment! And since He is with me!
My favorite Bible story was Ruth and Naomi and so I like to think “ wether thou goest I will go”…….. I’ve had an magnificent life ❤❤❤❤❤ nice to meet you
Regarding 45:12 ff., I've written "ExodAllO’Us": " This land is ours; it is not mine to hoard, Entrusted to me by the LORD. My name is Abraham; God promised me the land That in me all nations of the earth be blessed...." PM me for the rest.
1:05:00: "Wait without hope": When I'm depressed, I wait like a water skier in the smoky air and polluted water, holding onto the tow bar. When the pilot of the tow boat knows I'm ready, he guns the engine, and I'm walking on water.
Wow. I’m inspired to be like Jackie. What a blessing to us. To imitate her. The interview is a wonderful soul as well. Both funny and full of Gods heart Ty so much
Love the book after i stopped listening to religious teachings that wasn't about what I thought it helped me as your testimony thank you so very much ❤️
Tom..question: what of Jesus when answering the disciples' question, "when will these things be?".in part, Christ's answer is "when the fig tree blossoms again" speaks of Israel the land?
Thank you Jesus for Charlie Mackesy. I’m burdened down with a few things in my life right now. I truly enjoyed the conversation between Charlie and John. Charlie is authentic, spirit filled and knows who he is in Christ. I smiled the whole time.
J. John I honestly pray you hold true to what you’ve believed and what you’ve believed the Bible to say about when we die and wake up with new bodies and meet Jesus on a cloud in the sky. Remember, our God is a jealous God. I don’t believe it’s going to be old home week when we get to heaven. Even though I have no doctorates, I believe we will have recollection of a remembrance. That is I believe as close as we get to our others. I’d love to know what you think. But I honestly do not believe what Tom Wright says about Biblical accounts especially written by the Apostle Paul!
they both look like they would not be adverse to giving some private spiritual lessons a la pillavacci to some fit young troubled men specially John who sounds like he is a double for kenneth williams
The way John supports the evil mike polavacci it should be really be called the pedo trust not the Philo trust. Speaking as a 70 year old man who had to deal with a lifetime of damage caused by my experiences of being raped as a 13 year old boy by a teacher , a person in authority over me, I know how evil this man really is. My abuser when I had him arrested 40 years after the event also had high authority in this religion and was seeking more authority. These people are sick and no good comes from them ever. When the whole head is sick the whole body is too ie soul survivor
He didn’t really answer the question about God doing whatever he wants, prayer notwithstanding. NTW says it’s all about what it is to be a human. The facilitator was getting at the nature of God as omniscient and omnipotent. If God is omniscient and omnipotent…sovereign in every way…why would prayer matter except in so far as we are to cultivate a relationship for which we’re designed? Is it possible that God chooses to limit the extent to which He is sovereign by creating free moral beings who can scuttle God’s will and intentions by choosing what they will? God took a risk by creating us as He did.
