WARNING ⚠️ U need to let your aloe pieces sit in water for about 30mins before you use it because it has this poison like liquid attached to it, so soaking it in water will get rid of it, so it won't make your skin or scalp itchy.
That's a good question.... I'm not sure since it's synthetic and I wouldn't want it to get tangled and matted. If you did want to go swimming I would try to put it in a high bun and wrap a scarf around the perimeter of your head.
