ive been a victim of this, i wasnt able to contact microsoft becuase i had no acces into my gmail because it was hacked few days ago my friend also fell for this surprisingly even tho he knew what happend to me he contacted microsoft support and gave them every piece of information to prove that it was his account guess what, they locked the account and said they cant get it back becuase they cant identify the real owner microsoft has bad security and bad support
would be great to have a follow up of this video 2 years later , now that bedrock have bigger comunity , and even the marketplace have added some great packs. Until now the java vs bedrock was like linux vs windows.
unfortunately this happens a lot in the pit, its happened to me twice in the last 5 days and even though i never fell for it, it seems crazy since my account isnt even that good in the pit at prestige 8

fell for this a few months ago unfortunately. Lost a 13 year old account in less than a minute because of dumb login settings and policies. Support was no help and security locked the account so the account is gone forever, sucks.

I got this scam too. Thank you for addressing this. Watch out anyone else for this scam to everyone else, and don't sign in to your microsoft account if you are verifying to a discord server.
DUDE I JUST GOT SCAMMED LIKE THIS. swear to god not even two weeks ago. I have the server that I got ratted on still and if anyone would know how to report it and get it banned

I played 1000 hrs of bedrock on my switch, then got a pc and Java edition. I can’t even bring myself to play Minecraft on my switch anymore because it’s so much worse
I fell for one of these scams a few months ago and they changed my account email and password, but luckily I got it back within 3 days after contacting Microsoft support and giving things like the accounts most recent emails and addresses.

Lmao i always create complete new Microsoft account just to troll the ratter. The one ratter blocked me, logged there just to find out the Microsoft acc was made 10min ago, unblocked me and wrote me that I'm smart ass xD
I usually don't comment on these videos, but there's so many people whom are flat out incorrect and not making any sense. For a start, plug-ins aren't mods and aren't as advanced, costing money, is a complete scam. Sorry payed mods are a constant and are bought all of the time in MC. MC and supersized MC: Pocked Edition are not the same game and never will be. MC: II is a buggy mess and is far more limited and unstable than MC is. Mojang can optimise the game if they want, but why would they make their multi-platform baby obsolete for everything but consoles? MC can run on Android, it has been done and is widely accessible. The prudish anti-mod vanilla survivalists are an utter headache and have been blistfully enablist of Microsoft's direction since the beginning and should be ignored. You despise the idea of playing with mods, but the second the Ocean Update released, you cheered like football fans. For a smear in comparison to the great ocean expansion mods of the decade, as is the same with all Mojang updates against their mod counterparts since 1.10.0.. Literallt everything new they add and all of Bedrock's festures, my response is the same: 'Oh! I had that in 1.7.10!’ But you wouldn't know that. I can name everything we didn't have back then of Mojang's own crestion on one hand. Would you refuse to use the horse mod on versions before its implementation, but love it now simply because it isn't a mod, despite being literally the same assets? I've seen this logic repeatedly. 'It changes the game'. Yeah, well, Mojang modifies (mods) your game twice a year... what's your point? Mods will get you performance (including multi-threading) on par with 10 Edition while with more graphical features, of which MC has had since at least 1.7. Mojang could easily increase performance. And have we already forgotten how much 360 and One people hated Bedrock replacing them? Stop trying to justify repackaged Pocket Edition with uneducated, invalid points. Minecraft is superior to Minecraft: II and always will be. Don't fool yourself, the only reason you don't play it is because of hardware constraints (covering cross-play as well here). And that's okay. That's the sole reason Minecraft: II exists. You're entitled to your opinion, not your own facts. Opinions worth having are justified. Being implicit to MC having micro transactions alone is just... sad. MC: II is a great reflection of its user base and era of gaming, if only the game itself would work as intended.

I appreciate you for making this video since I am also a victim of the discord scam. If you could make a video shedding some light on the problem with recovering our Microsoft accounts that would be amazing. I am saying this because me and countless other people have lost their Microsoft accounts due to it getting stolen or hacked and Microsoft's support feels quite lackluster and just ends up leaving people who just want to get their accounts back pretty upset.
Got my 8 year old account stolen like this, after 15 support conversations and HOURS talking with them, they all gave me different answers and negelected me. Then eventually they finally emailed me and said hey we know your account was hacked and we will lock it forever instead of actually giving you acesss to it and we wont do anything about it.
How get your account back! Step 1: Your done for you can't! Step 2: Contacting microsoft? They will delete your whole account and minecraft! Step 3: Complete, enjoy!
