I have not seen the full report but can anyone advise if the manufacturers of the fridge freezer in question that started the fire were invited to the inquiry. Was it shown if the regular maintenance of this appliance was followed as advised by the manufacturers.

I remeber being at Glastonbury 6 years ago. There was a mood of anger and frustration with the establishment and their politicians at the festival because of what had just happened at Grenfell. This terrible tragedy seemed to unite the people at the festival. Jeremy Corbyn was speaking that weekend on the main stage and there was a real mood of optimism among the youth, that things were going to change and the corruption was going to stop and people and corporations that were responsible for the fire, were going to meet with justice. It will happen. Peoples memories are short. But people will never forget those poor people who lost their lives and the reasons it happened. Justice will be done. keep on campaigning. Peace

I used to support ulster and irish rugby.. Alas kingspan is a mainstay sponsor of the ulster rugby club. As an ulsterman, im ashamed of ulster rugby. They have no shame! Solidarity with grenfell. The british establishment will provaricate and stall any justice making sure those responsible are protected from prosecution, while pushing the blame down onto firemen or nurses or tradesmen. Political heads or businessmen wont roll. Only person charged so far was omega the resident who posted a picture of a victim left outside his home. He got 3mnths in prison. Al Manar is an example to other Masjids throughout the UK. They provided support from the moment the disaster happened through to ongoing councelling. They don't treat the Masjid just as a place to pray namaz disconnected from their surroundings. Top job!

All I remember is seeing a live report show up in my notification of a fire engulfing a tower. I sat in horror of what was happening. I wanted to help but couldn't. I live in the States.
