I just recently got transferred from the academy to the 'Enterprise', and my role is to give out BIJ jobs! I'm constantly having to show Captain Picard how I give BIJ! He seems to be VERY impressed by my abilities!!!
I played this game as a kid and randomly saying "The one who is moving now! Experience Bij!" became a family inside joke. Wish the game had been more popular, nothing bonds famlies together like a klingon yelling at you through a VCR
It's not supposed to be Gowron, though it is of course Robert O'Reilly playing this character. He's a Klingon character called "Kavok", who appeared in the Star Trek: The Next Generation Interactive VCR Game.
There's a deck of cards from which you draw one and that punishes you. If there's a low level malfunction, there's a second thing written on the card that helps. For example, the punishment might make you discard a holodeck card ("items" you find in holodecks and can use to your advantage) while the low level malfunction gets you one, instead.
