It's Not A Phase is an alt music podcast, hosted by Zach Redrup, dedicated to giving you a full insight into the world of rock, punk, metal, emo, hardcore and beyond.
Along with hanging out and talking with your favourite bands in alt music, I'll also be speaking with those in more "behind-the-scenes" roles in the industry, from tour managers, label owners, festival promoters, publicists and more.
New episodes will come every Thursday, so subscribe and tune in.
Absolutely love The Plot in You and Landon Tewers. His solo work is just as banger as the bands work. I'm always worried he will switch to just producing and not make new music 😭😭 The Amity Affliction and The Plot in You are literally my two favorite bands of all time. 🔥
We’re back as a four piece now, and I tell you this is the best I’ve ever seen them. The maturity and musicianship they’re bringing to the table is dramatically different in 2024, then 2015. They’re showing in Brooklyn made me consider them as my new favorite band,
Best Deathcore band going right now! Saw you in Edmonton not Long ago! It was incredible! Way better set then the headliner Signs of the Swarm. Great band, but they're no To The Grave!!
They are the trendsetters. They created the sounds you heard from the metal wave that happened in 2020-21 . All of the singing from your fav bands like chealsea grin, brand of sacrifice and lorrna shore all influenced each other . TTG was making these sounds back in 2015. Dane has the best range and live sound of any singer out there.
I loved this about this album. I'm not a vegan but I am a vegetarian. And I am a huge animal rights guy. This is why this one of my new favorite bands and I love this record.
I appreciate that you "care" about animals, but you can't be a huge animal rights guy and be vegetarian. You're still contributing to animals being r*ped and tortured, and possibly mu*dered. Imagine a cow is r*ped and artificially impregnated, and later her baby is taken away from her right after birth, then possibly even killed to sell for food. I ask you to please go vegan for the animals. I've been on this journey for 10 years and I will die this way. Join me in being a true animal rights guy.
Great channel. You should label the videos with the band you're interviewing first so when scrolling it's easy to know who we are reading. Bc RU-vid in its infinite wisdom cuts off the entire title. Again. Just a consumer offering feedback. Love the channel !
@@inappodcast Haha, I actually said A Day To Remember and Electric Callboy to a pal, but we wrote off Electric Callboy, assuming Download would bag them. They'll probably be listed as a Special Guest (for Download) until Slamdunk done. A Descendents, Interrupters, Bad Religion, Bouncing Souls style addition (more classic Punk) is the glaring omission from the line up. But, otherwise, it's pretty strong / stacked to be fair.
This is probably more hope then anything, but "A" have new music coming out and would be a great addition. If either Jimmy or NFG are headliners. I would be tempted back...I gave this year a miss after the traffic chaos of 23.
what frank said about fans i felt deeply. just my interpretation (this could be wrong) but, this reminds me of the fact that mcr fans can be demanding and ls dunes fans scold them like children when they owe you 0. be a fan or not
One of my favourite bands, their live shows are unbelievable! Seem to be pretty nice and down to earth as well, I'd be really glad to meet the band for a couple beers 🤘🏻
Perfect amount of heavy and catchy tunes. They've definitely found the recipe for a catchy tune in their last couple of albums. You should catch up with them, since the interview they've played a lot of festivals, toured with Trivium and now Slipknot
