Hi @omobeejay pls 1.during the assessment station,do you also obtain the findings you got from abdominal Palpation from the examiner thats during the assessments scenario to use for the planning 2. Lets say youre trying to get information of the vitals from the examiner,do u ask one after the other like BP, then T...... or you just ask for values Thanks

Hello ma'am please about urinalysis are you waiting till the time for each checking or you can be stating the results while saying the the seconds you wait to obtain them. If yes, how do you get accurate results if you didn't wait for it to read to avoid saying something is not there when it is actually there. Thanks
It depends on the manufacturer’s instructions. Read the specifications of the one you have. However, most test kits that I’ve used, you are able to get the result of some parameters in like 30 secs and the most being 2 mins, you start from the 30 secs ones and then work your way to the top or bottom depending on the kit that you have. Would you have to wait 30 secs? It depends. Sometimes, you be expected to wait the 30 mins (you can be discussing other things you would say in that waiting time) and before you know it , 30 secs has finished. Another possibility is the assessor telling you to proceed even when 30 secs is not up and then they provide the readings to you. But I won’t go with the latter, just prepare to do it. I hope this answers your question.
You could if there’s the time to. Sometimes the assessors just let you verbalise it and assume you have it on while you proceed to verbalising what you will do in the event of that emergency. The station is put to you like you have your PPE already, this is an emergency, carry on. I hope this answers your question.
Hello, What do you mean by asking questions? You’d be completing the tool based on the information already provided from the MEOWS and scenario. If you have any further questions, the assessor would be the one to answer. You won’t be having any contact at all with the woman. I hope this helps.

Hello, So sorry about that. To be honest, I can’t categorically say if it does matter or not, but I guess it might. You could reach out to them to confirm or buy another in favour of Nigeria High Commission and enquire if you could get a refund or something.
