"Creating content designed to inspire people" ~ Mucan Daniel Akpan
hi, thx for the tut :) but thr is no link on the description (neither in the previous one where you were going to share where we got the images of the buildings) if you can I would appreciate it!
Could you please elaborate more on how you made the road, Ive been following along and everything looks amazing but I cant get the road right and its throwing off the whole thing.
Hey @Ethan Washoe, well in order to do the road you first have to create a plane object, then go to the modifier tab and select an array modifier, then duplicate your object multiple times. The next step is to create a curves path. After this go to the modifier tab for the plane object and select a Curve modifier and select the path as the curve object. If you want a video of how I did it you can also watch the first part of this tutorial, here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dAeHg3yCMH8.html Another thing to note: When you duplicate your plane object with the array modifier make sure it is duplicated in the same direction as the curve object
@@MucanDesignStudios The problem is that the car and the wheels are rotating on the z axis and also when I remove the car tamper and put it back again it comes back like one bone
@@omar-bi1di Ahh I see, you should try resetting your transforms. Select the object and Press CTRL A and then apply location, rotation and scale. Also remember this plugin only works in the y axis, If you use another axis, it is going to cause problems. So make sure your vehicle is facing the Y axis. One more tip is to make sure your object has the same names as the bones. your wheels, body etc., must reflect the same naming convention as the bones, that's the only way it could work.
Hey everyone, for those who did not see the first part of this car animation series for beginners, here is the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dAeHg3yCMH8.html
Heyy @Abigail Korda make sure you use select the root bone and click on the " Bone constraint properties" tab in order to follow the path. Once you do this step the wheels will be able to rotate when you bake it. Do not select the ordinary "Object constraint Properties" tab or else the wheels will not rotate when you bake it. Hope this helps :)
