Overwatch lore is kinda underwhelming and has a lot of issues. What are Talons goals exactly? Window maker is brainwashed and Sombra is only there because it allows her to get more info on people, but are Reapers and Doomfist motivation? From my perspective it’s either for power or just because they’re evil; and if it is because they want power at least give us a reason for it. Another issue I have is that what motivated Genji to do what he did? Why would he want to completely get rid of the Shimada Clan when they are very good for the area. What I mean is that if the Shimada Clan wasn’t there other clans would take hold of the area and it is clearly shown that they don’t care about the people there. They need to either address these problems in the future or retcon a lot of things and don’t get me started on the few bits of lore we got from Ow2. imo they should completely retcon the lore of Ow2

I am a ball main and fucking hate sombra. Hack, which stuns your abilities and unballs you is the single least skill ability in the game. Auto aim through walls with infinite range, no cooldown, and canceling it doesnt work most of the time. Worst of all, she in invisable so you cant dodge her and she can hack medkits to drastically reduce your survivability. By choosing sombra, you are already the equivalent of a 45kg plate on the back of a ball main. You are an anchor by design. They added ball, the single most skill based character with by far the lowest skill floor and highest skill ceiling, and then they added sombra....an invisible ball counter. Absolutely no risk with infinite reward for putting in no effort
If you pay $10 for a Xbox game pass sub, you get all the champs during that sub. It's easily the best way to try them all out. Apart from that the surrender stuff can be annoying, but at least in NA it's not as bad of a thing. Good NA players that have played plenty in EU tend to mention how bad their style and attitude can be in many ways. This is probably one of them.
Lootboxes where so much better, because I could just play the game and get everything I wanted by it. And if It was itching (and it did not) I could buy a lootbox to get the skin or else. But with battle pass... I can't enjoy the game when half of the best new content is locked from me forever unless I pay for it. It's garbage, so I stopeed playing the game.
svb sums it up best when he says there are many different visions that would be exciting for Overwatch. That said, the current form of 5v5 resonates with me a lot more than the old 6v6 did. The only reason I struggle to come back is because it's really, really stale at this point and without a major new hook, bringing back 6v6 does nothing to change that.
Now I need to remark some people would say they're in the same position as women when they get harassed or sh*t talked by their accent, skin color, etc… and they'd say: "I suffer the same, but I do not b*tch about it so deal with it". How do I respond to that logic? Are they really acepting harassing is okay?
