All his brothers were physically in beast mode when in the game , IMUA ! coach MK ! As a walk on he was busting up the 1st defense, and they needed him tobe a starter, he was killing his own players during practices! Searider for life!
I will always consider myself very blessed to have been a NY Giants fan before and though that era and beyond LT was the greatest defensive football player ever period he could single handily turn a game around I saw it many times in person. I met him at training camp once and got his autograph his off the field stuff was his own business as far as football was concerned he was the best
Still my favorite college player ever. I saw him @ USC the year he was up for the Heisman. Got to see a classic Irish goal line stop that night. Love ya #5
Can't say how many times I saw the Dolphins D in this era with their backs against their goal line not allow points. It seemed when they got crowned by the short field they were really hard to score on.
Grew up a giants fan since mid 60's. So fortunate to have the Gmen draft LT. Win or lose, we got to see the greatest player ever do his thing for a dozen years. Folks been waiting for the second coming, but so far, no player has come close to this man's ability, both physical and mental. Thanks Lawrence!
Ya just didn’t see many white dudes, or any dudes, with that height and length, as he added weight, that could move like him. He could really run in his prime. Love that tackle when the running back is coming off the spin move, face mask right in the guys chest. One of the great ones. Him and Ray Lewis were the guys in the early 2000’s
It’s always said he was a safety. He started as a safety but he played mostly linebacker. Yes he could run and cover tho and was tall and skinny early on
