Dr. Armin Trost is a professor for HRM. In 2013 the leading german HR journal Personalmagazin ranked him among the top thought leaders in HR for the fourth time in a row. He's the author and editor of multiple books and many articles around modern HR and a regular author at Harvard Business Manager. He is a well known keynote-speaker on leading congresses about HR and leadership.

Listening to this I'm identifying bias and discrimination in this presentation. Job fairs are for ALL types of people who are able and capable of doing the job you're recruiting for. A "50 year old Gardner who decides he wants to be a software developer" So what's wrong with a 50 yr old Gardner who went back to school to learn a new skill or trade being 50 isn't a hindrance and you're never too old to reinvent yourself. A recruiter should always refrain from hiring bias. Unemployed and desperate people are a part of the reasons we have job fairs, so we can hire good employees who were probably overlooked and let go from other companies for whatever reasons.

Dear lecturer, I watched your video and got hooked to the lesson. The way you explained is incredible. I've got lectures every Sunday and honestly, 80% of the lecturers make me sleep and I grasp nothing. Thank you for helping me learn something from this video..... Vry effective vdo lecture bt as a professional in my opinion HR systems nd strategies essentially include the the choice of the organization to use.various system nd Training Methodologies related to the various HR functions like, Training & Development, Recruitment, performance appraisal, career planning, motivation etc.These strategies could either be derived from the business goals or aligned to the same.Certain focal points of HRD strategies are culture building strategies, Quality and customer orientation, communication strategies, Efficiency management nd cost reduction strategy,nd employee engagement strategy.Employee engagement strategy aims at enhancing trust at work place, autonomous perception of linkages between individual and organizational outcomes nd employee commitment to work nd the organization goals.Updates with the new training technologies is must to achieve goals.Good trainers or top executives r the backbone of any organization or business or departments or PSUs or Industries etc.It is a continuous process nd review process is essential to save the time in brief in my view.Vry.Outstanding lecture.Thanx.

Vry excellent vdo lecture sir bt in my opinion as a professional in my opinion the following facts nd factors r important like most Organization's lack to hv.well developed performance management system.Howe everthis is integrated in to the performance appraisal bt.diluted, there is no potential appraisal as a separate system in most of the organizations except few, employee satisfaction surveys,TQM interventions, total productivity management, team building workshops, visioning exercises,train the trainer programs etc.shud b implemented keeping in mind OD interventions being followed by such Organizations with practical approach,T&D approach is well developed nd shud b well managed in the organizations.Internal faculty should be well developed as top executives r the backbone of any Sector or organization or Industries or business or departments etc.Also effective implementation nd utilization of the potential of any HR system to maximize results, the system needs to hv.vry clear objectives relevant to the organization,it's nature, growth phase, updates with technologies nd other contextual factors, the structured or designed to suit the requirements of the company following all scientific principles relating to the the system concerned for eg.a training system should be designed practically, using the Psychological principles of learning nd development,b well understood by all the users related to communicated well,B implemented well nd deliver results or produce the desired impact in terms of business goals or system goals.There should be a strong bonding chain from top-level executives to grassroot level so as to achieve excellency goals in OD nd OB.Good trainers or managers should be competent enough overall to solve problems in any situation.It is a vast field nd need of the time in present scenario and for the future as there is a great scope global nd as well as in Domestic trading nd not only it is beneficial for any sector or Organization etc.with relevance to Productivity bt ultimately it boost the economy of any country in brief in my views.Vry.Outstanding nd innovative Lecture.Thanx.
