A whole lot of making a TAS is tedious and time-consuming, and just trying all sorts of things until something works. What I do here it's only for a hobby... So be patient if I don't upload videos often.

If you get the Capcom Marvel Fighting Collection that recently dropped, it has this game, and you can just scroll down below the regular character select options on either Psylocke or Shuma Gorath to select him (I can't remember which one it was off the top of my head). There was a code in the original home console versions as well for PS1 and Saturn where you had to beat the game once (possibly on the hardest difficulty) and then press down twice, holding the second time, and pressing LK, MK, then HK in that order pretty fast ont he character select screen. I used GameShark on my PS1 version, though, so I never used the inputs myself. The Japanese arcade version could enable them, but it involved messing with the arcade settings on a level you would have needed the cooperation of an attendant for. And it had to be the Japanese version.
How amusing that a mere actor, known for portraying a witless playboy in a metal suit, dares to step into the shoes of Doom. While his talent is commendable for such trivial roles, he could never capture the grandeur, intellect, and sheer dominance that embodies Victor Von Doom.
