The Rhineland was an had always been German territory. Its demilitarization in 1919 was a covert move by France at annexation, something they had been trying to achieve since the reign of Louis XIV. The Anchluss made perfect sense. Joining Germany and Austria was a far better idea than joining Austria and Hungary was.
What does World War 2 and the Marshall plan have to do with the thumbnail picture of two sub-Saharan African gentlemen sitting next to a Russian looking woman with short blonde hair and glasses?
did he just say "silicon in it's pureset for is a semiconductor". if you are making a documentary on selicon you at least should know what makes it semiconductor mate.
You earned the thumbs down for the stupid music. We dont need it to make our viewing experience any better than if having got to hear some of the actual sounds of the machinery, processes, workers, etc etc
As a true geek, this seems like it should be accessible to the general public. Light weight, incredible stiffness and thermal coefficient make its use in space for things like infrared mirrors and the hinges of the space shuttle cargo bay doors a thing. You could point out that being #4 (behind lithium, helium and hydrogen) makes it light enough to float on salt water. That's pretty amazing for a structural material! I see its major uses as a thermal conductor and an alloying element for light weight and stiffness, much like Magnesium is today.
@@SunriseLAW it IS toxic! My father used to grind and polish satellite mirrors for early warning of missile launches. But how expensive is it compared to something like iridium or tantalum, that are found everywhere?
If this story were true, God would have to be the biggest psycho in history. Imagine a father who puts his innocent children in a garden with a crafty enemy and temptation right in the middle of it. And after they (predictably) fail his standard, he collectively punishes billions of others to be tortured for eternity thereafter...
